The view is what sells bed-and-breakfast. It backs up to Red Rock State Park and the view from the bedrooms are spectacular. The house is beautiful and very nicely decorated. The breakfast was very good and so was the service. We have a few observations that we noticed. The owners did not greet us upon our arrival, the cook did...

The views are great. We found this to be a better location than Sedona proper. Everyone here cares about the finest detail of your stay. You will be taken care of. Great food, snacks, etc. Fun to share a meal on the deck with others from around the world. I would easily go back again.

4.5 stars. Lovely B&B--both the food and the views are incomparable. This not your standard continental breakfast--we had a 2 night stay and our breakfast dishes included raspberry poached pear over vanilla yogurt, chili lime mango and maple pecan bourbon french toast. They change the menu every morning and use fresh ingredients. You can sit outside on their deck with...

The Penrose is located in a neighborhood in the Village of Oak Creek. It is very close to some of the best hiking: Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. It is about 10-15 minutes away from the busy part of Sedona where many of the shops are. The inn is very nicely decorated and is situated against some of the red...

When our daughter's eyes widened as Whitney talked about scorpions, I knew it was a worthwhile trip. We clearly weren't in Kansas - or, in our case, Pennsylvania - any more. To those considering, we say run, do not walk, to book your stay here! Gracious informed hosts, kind surprises and wonderful breakfasts await. Listen to every bit of advice...

What a hospitable place with beautiful views. We stayed in the Coconino room, and you can see the view from the picture attached. The hosts could not have been more accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Penrose was in a perfect location for all that Sedona offers. It's set right up against the red rocks, so looking out your window every morning is inspiring. Each morning you're greeted by a different delicious gourmet breakfast to start your day. The proprietors know every hike and every restaurant in sedona and provide a notebook full of valuable info...

This was my husband's and I first Bed and Breakfast and we loved it. We were greeted by the owner and the staff and they were all very friendly and eager to please. We stayed at the Mariposa room and what a cute room it was. It had breathtaking views. It had a double shower which we loved and the...

The Penrose is the ideal place to stay in Sedona. Outstanding views of the red rocks through our window and on our balcony. Breakfast was sumptuous with friendly service, and we at out on the deck to enjoy the landscape while eating. The house itself is beautifully decorated. Location is peaceful and a bit off the main drag, but close...

If you want a place to stay that is quiet and yet surrounded by beauty of the Red Rocks of Sedona, this is the best B&B option I have found. Two patios to choose from to enjoy the sun or the shade, both with a spectacular view. A full B&B breakfast far, far beyond the basic three egg omelet with...
