We just stayed at number 32 cabin at this resort for our anniversary. Our opinion is don't stay at Junipine. Our problems were: **Hot water heater: Air was coming out of shower and faucets. So no hot showers on our anniversary. Leaving this morning for home. **Freezer: icemaker didn't work. **Microwave: There is a clothes dryer rack in the microwave.... More

Dear David C, I’m so sorry we left you with such a poor impression of Junipine on what should have been a very special occasion. There seems to be a lot that went wrong during your stay as well as some items that were not in good working order. I take personal responsibility for those shortfalls and want to offer... More

We loved it. There is not much else to say. It was pricey and a splurge for us, but it was well worth it for one evening. We chose the one bedroom with a hot tub on the deck and the creek one could hear and the Condo was facing Oakcreek Canyon. It was absolutely terrific. Sandy at the front... More

We were looking for a great break from the PHX heat and Junipine was the perfect spot! So quiet and peaceful - a plus to be further north of Sedona and Slide Roc - away from any crowd to enjoy the beauty of the red rocks! A perfect place to relax. The creek and picnic area are some of the... More

It’s great to hear that you enjoyed your visit, and you definitely took advantage of the special amenities of our property. I’ll let the Café know that you had an excellent breakfast. There is only spotty cell reception in this part of the Canyon, and we do our best to provide basic wi-fi. Local calls and 800 number call are... More

I read other reviews about this 'resort' and thought I would give it a try. I won't be back. Let me point out that the staff was very nice. However, here are three comments that should help you make up your own mind: 1. This is a condo complex, not a resort. No pool, small restaurant, no access to the... More

Thank you for staying with us at Junipine. I’m very sorry that your stay fell short of your expectations from our online reviews and I apologize for the issues with the burnt out lights and WI-FI. You are correct that by definition, we are not a traditional “resort hotel”. I do believe we accurately represent what Junipine is on our... More

We were looking for a romantic getaway away from the main street Sedona, we found the place in Junipine Resort. Advance reservation will secure you a room with a nice view. Great / short hiking trail right of the property but most importantly, you can have a relaxing quite room with a full kitchen. We will be back!

The resort was nice but not worth the $300 a night....the cafe was not good at all which is too bad because its nice to have a restaurant on the grounds. Probably wont go back ...the creek is lovely and there is a hiking trail ....watch out when sitting on the deck , tree limbs fall on you

Thank you for staying with us at Junipine. I’m disappointed to hear that you felt that you did not receive the value you expected. Our creekhouses can accommodate up to 6 persons and we offer a living room, two bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen, so our accommodations are probably comparable to a two bedroom suite in a standard hotel.... Our multigeneraltional family get together was interrupted several hours after we arrived by a significant family emergency. The Junipine management cancelled our reservations for 2 rooms for the weekend with no penalty charges. Amazing. We LOVED it...I actually thought selfishly of not doing this review for fear we'd never get reservations at this property again. There are only 50 units, actually condos, individually owned so it is not a large property. If you love Sedona's red rocks and amazing views, this property delivers big time. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room and... More

Thanks for taking the time to elaborate on some of our services. Indeed, housekeeping is available by request each day, as we have found that most of our guests only need a few daily items. Of course, full service cleaning is available as well for a modest fee of $25. Chris Bosselmann General Manager More

Girls weekend: I really love Junipine- for the setting more than anything else. My girlfriend had the management line up 3 masseuses so we could all get massages when we arrived. Thanks for your complimentary words. I’m sorry the carpet felt like it wasn’t entirely dry upon your arrival. Massages on the deck? We have had more and more guests taking advantage of the shade, the view, and the peace/quiet by having an outdoor massage. I’m happy to hear you enjoyed your visit with us. Chris Bosselmann More

We enjoyed our stay at Junipine Resort in early June. True, they do not have air-conditioning. Yes, it was hot during the day (in the 90’s) but it cooled down enough at night (in the 60’s) to be comfortable with the fans and the screen doors. The unit was well-stocked. The staff was wonderful and assisted in whatever we requested…including... More
