This property was an affordable gemstone amid a sea of high-end hotels. We required lodging for [4] adults and the queen suite was just right. The welcoming of our host/owner made us feel right at home. Minor imperfections (Wi-Fi hook-up difficulties and a broken blind altering our otherwise stellar view), did not detract from this location being an excellent jumping-off...

In a town where the prices are as inconsistent as it gets it is good to know a place like this still exists. The rooms are spacious and spotless with everything you could want at your fingertips. Bill the ever gracious host won us over immediately with his charm and caring. That is one of the benifits of owner/operated, you...

This little motel is a great and reasonable place to stay in Sedona. The rooms are super clean, comfortable and the price is extrememly reasonable in comparison to all the other places in town. We were amazed at how quiet it was at night. The view out of our window of "Snoopy Rock" is incredible and it is centrally located...

We researched a reasonably priced place to stay in Sedona as we wanted to celebrate my husbands 55th there. We were not disappointed. Not only is the location perfect for doing just about anything u want to do while there, but the rooms were comfy, spacious and clean. They thought of everything! Most importantly for us, they met all our...

Found this by accident and never regreted it. Could not have had nicer people to deal with. Rooms where nice and clean, and that is all you can ask for. It is close to about everything in town, and you can walk to quite a bit of it. Staff would drop everything to help you find a place to eat...

Stayed here for a night on our way through Arizona based upon other TripAdvisor reviews and were very happy that we did. Giant comfy bed, clean room and bathroom, and the staff helped us find places that we wanted to go and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Sedona.

Location, staff, and price make the Sedona Motel a true value and pleasure to stay at. The room was clean, water was hot, coffee was yummy, and the staff was very helpful. We worked with the owner's son who was just great. Gave us good advice on places to eat and hike. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We booked our stay here based upon TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed. We were taking our typical "Unusual Thanksgiving" trip through Nevada, Arizona and California and wanted to stop in Sedona since we have not been there in 14 years. The Sedona Motel is as close to the center of the Sedona as you can get. It is within...

Affordable, clean and comfortable, this motel is very well located near the "Y". The rooms are spacious and has useful amenities like fridge and microwave. The bathroom has a night lamp, a useful feature. The sit out at the end of room#32 is a great place to relax.
