A very well maintained property with friendly staff. Houses are clean, fully stocked kitchen. A combination microwave/conventional oven in the house. Modular units are 400 square feet. About 5 miles away from the city of Sedona but close enough to shop and eat in town. Bella Vita restaurant on site is open from 5 to 9 six days a week....

This is a family owned resort and the people there are very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The concierge, Teri, helped us plan all our tours and was very helpful in finding us the best price possible. The one bedroom unit we were in was very clean and well stocked. The cleaning staff cleaned the unit twice a week...

This is a really cute and quaint place to stay. We went for our babymoon. Only complaint would be how tiny the place was. I didn't expect it to be quite so small. The bathroom was wonderful and the biggest place in the unit along with the stocked kitchen. Best bathtub ever! If you're pregnant, however, to may have complaints...

Thanks for your review, and we're glad to hear that you enjoyed yourselves! If space is a consideration, we would recommend our sister resort Highlands Resort at Verde Ridge as it offers more floor space for those requiring more "elbow room".

The concierge made this trip fantastic!! We met with them immediately after check in and finalized our excursions. They help us steer clear of 1 stop we had planned to make that we were glad later we didn't. The rooms themselves were quite small, but comfortable and very clean. The restaurant was excellent!!

The accommodations are adequate and comfortable. My only recommendation would be to be aware of the location of the place you are staying. Our unit had a view of the dump site out of the bedroom window and there was a barking dog from another property not associated with Sedona Pines that started at 6:00 am every morning and never...

Thanks for your review. The referenced "dump site" was a cottage that was in close proximity to the resort trash dumpster. We would certainly have attempted to move you to another cottage, and especially due to the barking dog. Additionally, our front desk staff could have called in a barking dog complaint since we have barking laws in our county...

We wanted to get away for the New Year and this was the only resort available through RCI. We really enjoyed our stay and liked that it had all the necessities we needed. We liked the privacy of the units and the parking spot right in front...made it easy to unload the car. We went to the on-site restaurant because...

I haven't stayed at many RCI properties, but this place seemed a bit old school. The setup of the property is a bit challenging to navigate. The amenities barely exist. It almost feels like they have them just to have them. The basketball court is about the size of a walk-in closet and the gym is about the size of...

This resort is located just a few miles south of downtown Sedona. It's made up of 1 and 2BR casitas that remind me of the show "Tiny Houses" on HGTV (hence the term "casita.") Space is tight / cramped here, but it's well-appointed with nice walk-in showers, stackable washer/dryers, full kitchen with full-sized gas stove, full-sized fridge, microwave, drip coffeemaker,...

The small park model (1 bedroom) was perfect - set up is effecient and comfortable. We had easy access to the hiking in Sedona and the resort was quiet, clean. We didn't use the amenities but they all seemed to be in good shape and used by others. Would stay here again. Traveled on timeshare points.
