Each "cottage" is a small modular/mobile home on a permanent foundation. You'd have more room to move around in a hotel room. No nature walks or views of red rocks at this location. Staff is friendly and take care of whatever you need.

We were guests in a one-bedroom cottage at this Timeshare Resort. Each unit is private and equipped with a living area, a full kitchen and all the kitchen equipment, a full bath, a patio, and at least one bedroom. Even though the units seem small, every inch of space is well-planned and used wisely, so one does not feel crowded....

This place was such a pleasant surprise. Yes, it's a time share but with a small family owned resort feel. The staff was friendly and more than attentive. Terri, the concierge, was wonderful and really takes her time with you to best fit any tours or activities for your interests and scheduling. I really liked the proximity of the location...

Very enjoyable one week stay for two couples in two bedroom accommodation. Very comfortable modular units in an attractively landscaped setting. Babbling streams everywhere. Pleasant and peaceful walks throughout the resort. Bar BQ at every unit wonderful and cleaned out every morning by abundant resort staff. Nearby chain grocery stores where we were able to purchase everything from charcoal to...

We spent two weeks here in the two BR units. There were four of us. Adults. The second BR is on the other side of the deck. The main unit is 400 sq ft but had everything you need. Very comfortable and clean with mid week cleaning. I like being able to park right in front of your unit. The...

As noted, this is a time share resort, which is not a negative. Have stayed at dozens of wonderful resorts in last couple years. This is what I would call the motel of time share resorts. The units are very small trailers that have the advantage of being on outskirts of Sedona, but the disadvantages of trailers. Small combined living...

It was a quiet, peaceful stay with accessible hot tubs, laundry and pool. We were only able to partake of one activity and enjoyed it immensely. Secluded from traffic and noise. Great view of the scenery. The room ammenities were amazing-the best I've seen so far in the many timeshare units we have stayed at througout the years.

It's a pleasure to write this review. We have been here a few days. We would come here again and again, if we could. It's To far to drive. Landscaping everywhere is so pretty. Pool is clean & warm. Bed & bedding is so comfy. Kitchen is absolutely complete. Lucky us, we have rest of week.

We exchanged into Sedona Pines when we couldn't get into our own Sedona Springs resort. Our home resort is much larger and closer to Sedona proper and I was not sure how much I'd like being further away. However, the drive is a straight and easy shot into town and I found that the quieter and somewhat more secluded location...

This is a complex of one and two bedroom units that are comprised of individual free standing compact stucco bungalows that are like trailer homes on foundations with decks and outdoor bar-b-que. Part of the Wyndham family of time shares. This is the second time I have stayed here and love these units. Each is very well appointed with full...
