Two couples stayed last week for two nights. The Hideaway only has two rooms available at any time. We arrived late but Kathy & Larry were really accommodating and gave us a quick orientation before we ran to dinner. The beds were Sleep Number , gas fireplace in each room and showers large enough for company. The house seemed like... More

This was our most favorite bed and breakfast of our 2016 cross country vacation adventures! The property sits adjacent to Cathedral Rock. The house is shaped in a very cool Southwestern style abode. Quite charming. Upon entering the property, we found Kathy and Larry Jaeckel to be very warm and welcoming. My mom who uses a walker could comfortably navigate... More

My husband and I wanted a weekend visit to Sedona for my birthday but decided at the last minute to book a place and were fortunate, or was it Karma, that we found this gem. Wonderful breakfast choices by the owners who cook made to order meals for you. Phenomenol views from your room and breakfast area. Convenient to town.... More

I find it difficult to put into words what a wonderful and luxurious B&B this is. We stayed 4 nights with Kathy and Larry in their Safari Room after visiting 8 national parks on our long road trip. It was such a serene and beautiful place to relax and rejuvenate that we would have been happy to spend 24 hours... More

This is the second time my wife and I have enjoyed the hospitality of Kathy and Larry at their b and b. I feel a little self conscious about gushing over my feelings about these people and their wonderful house, but they need to be recognized over how well they make you feel welcomed and what a great place they... It's impossible to stipulate what was the best, most memorable experience of staying at the Sedona Cathedral Hideaway; was it + enjoying scrumptious, diverse, beautifully served breakfasts? + viewing Cathedral Rock from the breakfast table, the deck, our room (including the bed), the terrace, our balcony, the living room, or while strolling their property? + listening to coyotes in the... My husband and I stayed at the Sedona Cathedral Hideway for 4 wonderful nights in May, 2016. The B&B is located in a very serene and quiet area with stunning views of Cathedral Rock from almost all areas of the outside property and inside the B&B. Kathy and Larry Jaeckel are gracious, warm and welcoming hosts. Each morning, Kathy and... More

This was our second time staying at Kathy and Larry's beautiful house. We didn't think it could be even better than the first time but it was. Kathy and Larry are tremendous hosts and take wonderful care of their guests. The breakfasts are better than any place we have ever stayed. Just sitting on the back patio and watching the... More

Designed and built by superb hosts Larry and Cathy Jaekel, this B&B boasts highest-quality construction with lavish attention to detail, wonderful views of Cathedral Rock, and breakfasts that are truly an event. Hummingbirds, quail, and other wildlife are regular visitors. Evenings are delightfully secluded and quiet, yet the town and world-class restaurants are just a 10 minute scenic drive away.... More
