This is a poor motel, not a resort in any way. Room was terrible, a bad handyman's work. Bed was a disaster, TV was unbelievable small propped up on some sort of shelf. The hot tub in the sleeping area looked like it was stolen from the Poconos in the 60s. The shower was ridiculous and the bathroom had a...

Fantastic experience in a private area of Northern Sedona everyone in the group agreed they did not want to leave the next day. Very satisfying tranquil experience! Sounds of the creek are so relaxing. Few sounds of vehicles or people. Seems to draw a very respectful traveler!

Stayed there only one night, so i don't know much about the service (check in went perfect), but overall the location is amazing, the rooms are really nice for their size. Big bed! Jacuzzi. It will take 5 minutes to drive uptown Sedona and only ten for all the different views.

We had one of the "motel" room lodgings & found it small but well appointed & perfect for the money! (They also have different cabins with places for larger parties.) The bed was soooo comfortable, we enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room, and the fireplace is a nice touch for cooler times. The setting is restful with the koi pond,...

We recently stayed at this hotel. Very very disappointing. We had our room cleaned zero times out of 4 days staying there. Most times a log was not left and not even the dirty towels were picked up. We had to run down the maid. The deck that looks out over the cabins below is rotting. Boards were popping up...

Amazing time, took my parents and enjoyed Sedona privately but yet around other families. It was a place off togetherness. Great for families, couples, or anyone seeking peaceful Sedona experience. We went for a hot air balloon ride and everything was made so easy by staff. Pick up was easy and convenient for this as well. I also was able...

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay over Memorial Weekend. We only got to stay one night but the property was very nice and well kept. We had room #10 which is next to the pond. Our room was very nice and accommodating. The fridge and microwave were a huge plus! The guy in the office was very nice...

Room 20 says it's for family and sleeps 6people. The pullout bed from couch was absolutely not sleepable. The mattress was so thin that the springs were poking out into your skin. Literally had spring marks on our backs. For $276 dollars a night I think the place could afford to upgrade the couch pullout bed. So over priced it...

What we did expect was something other than the Marriott, Ritz Carlton or a Hilton hotel, etc. If you have that type of expectation then, yes, go stay at those hotels. Therefore, we have loved every stay. Matter of fact, about 6x now. The pictures are right on the money. We have stayed in the different rooms, even the A...

We spent a few days at the resort and had a great time. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We relaxed in the hammocks, grilled on our private patio, and enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The resort is steps away from the creek and the scenery beautiful. We will definitely be back.
