Stayed here with my two children we were searching for somewhere open last minute holiday weekend. They were very nice and helpful checking us in late and making sure we were comfortable. The room was large, clean and comfortable.

A great value in Sedona! Samantha was welcoming and very helpful. Our room was basic but clean. The bathroom had been redone. The room and bath are very small, and there are not enough outlets for electronics. The views are great.

Have stayed at this establishment many times over the years. This May was the first stay since the property changed hands and I was a little wary. Unwarranted! The new owners have made many improvements to the motel and continue to make upgrades. The room we stayed in was quite nice and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. There...

We had a bit of trouble at first finding the motel as it is right Uptown. The check in was easy and our room was well located. We chose the king size room with a balcony as it was only a little more than the standard room. The room was lovely and big with a huge balcony overlooking beautiful scenery....

Been coming to this motel for almost three years now, it is a cozy little place for those who want a cheap, beautiful retreat. The staff is super helpful, professional and inviting. I love the place yes love! I will bring my family back to this place for as long as I live in Arizona, and maybe even if I...

The motel, located at the north end of town, is in a quiet setting. The room was clean and a reasonable size. Bathroom was clean, with shampoo, soap and hairdryer. Good sized Tv, small fridge with a freezer, small table and chair (I had a queen room). I was there for three nights and they did not refresh towels but...

There are plenty of other options in Sedona, we don't recommend this motel. It is very old, poorly maintained and not worth the price. The front office was friendly, but you get the feeling that it is an investment and the owners don't want to put any money into keeping it up. The stairs and decks sway, some of the...

The room was clean, but the facility is older. The owners are super nice. The parking was hard to maneuver around in as we had a pickup truck. Turning into the driveway to access the parking was a little difficult. The view from our room at sunup was great. It really is a short walk to town and is a...

we got a king bed room with patio, the room was so comfortable, it had everything we needed, fridge, coffer maker, microwave-oven etc. its walking distance to uptown Sedona as well, close all the nice restaurants, coffee shops. we absolutely enjoyed our stay. although nearly $200 per night was not exactly cheap, guess you get what you pay for.

The rooms are comfortable and the views are amazing. It offers the benefits of being uptown, but with a little more tranquility. For it's location, it really is a great value. Brian and Samantha and staff are so welcoming, they really make you feel at home and truly want you to enjoy your stay.

Thank Lisa H
