We went to the Cozy cactus with a couple of friends. We went for 3 nights and wished we had been able to stay 3 weeks. Location is fantastic, breakfast is extraordinary, the rooms are decorated with taste and they are spotless!! Mark bakes his famous muffins fresh every morning and Carrie cooks up either a savory or sweet hot...

This is a BIG THANK YOU for taking the time to share your “cozy experience” with potential future “Cozies”. We are having an amazing year, and as it is just the two of us, it seems that there are just not enough hours in the day to do everything we want…like write personal responses. However, we wanted to say thank...

I stayed in a two-bedroom unit with my mother and cousin. It was a really nice and cozy place. The unit we had was very comfortable - each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. It was very clean. The breakfast was really delicious. Mark and Carrie work hard to make your stay enjoyable. The walking trails right outside the back door...

Although I am not usually a "Bed and Breakfast" fan when traveling, the Cozy Cactus was as good as it gets for a B&B. The setting, although a few miles from the center of Sedona, is spectacular, with a great view of the rocks out the window and wonderful hiking trails from the back yard. My two cousins and I...

Sedona and red rock country is a fantastic place and the Cozy Cactus was a perfect place to stay! My wife was cautious about staying at a bed and breakfast but all her doubts were removed with the wonderful setting and friendly, warm service Mark and Carrie provided. They are really interested in you and will help make your stay...

Stayed in October 2014. Carrie and Mark are wonderful hosts. Very outgoing, enthusiastic and even friendly to a Raven’s fan. We stayed 2 nights at the inn before a conference in Scottsdale. Enjoyed two days of hiking some of the incredible trails in the Sedona area. There are a ton of them for all levels. The inn is conveniently located...

My husband and I headed to Sedona to escape the East Coast Winter. We were greeted cheerfully by Mark, Carrie, and Tequila upon our arrival. We stayed for two nights and wish we could have extended our stay. Our room connected to the back patio, equipped with grills, fire pits, and cozy chairs for lounging. The patio provided an incredible...

As a Christmas gift this year my husband purchased us two nights at the Cozy Cactus. We had stayed there on our honeymoon 9 years ago and always wanted to return. Of course between kids work and life in general it took us a little longer than we wanted but we finally made it back. We were amazed! Mark and...

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your return visit with hopefully, other returners. We've had four or five couples return this past month from years prior (but you take prize at nine years) and it has been so much fun showing them all of the upgrades and "little and big" changes. We have been busy. We...

Carrie, Mark and Tequila are friendly and attentive hosts. I slept better than I do in my own bed. Mark who greeted us when we arrived made sure that we had everything including my preferred tea in our room. Breakfast is delicious and fortifying, you will probably want to climb a mountain (after you wake up from your food coma).

"Food Coma" - that's a good thing, right? Anne - (I know you said yes!) Thank you so much for taking to time to share your CCBB experience with others....it means a lot to us. But I must correct you, "bird watching starts from the kitchen table"...the hiking part, yep that starts from the patio. Picky, Picky I know. Hope...

Hi there "Army Girl" - First, once again, thank you for your 28 years of service; we were honored to have you at the Cozy Cactus (both times...hehe) When we got your call saying you were heading back up the mountain, it was like "Yes" how cool to have you back for three more days. You are a true "Cozie"...

My parents and I stayed in the Cowboy Hideaway two-bed, two-bath condo for our first time in Sedona. Waking up to Bell Rock in the backyard was the highlight, until you get...
