This was a family vacation and this hotel was lack-luster at best. The room was nothing like the pictures the hotel website portrays. It was on the lower level of the hotel and was very hot and stuffy. We had to have the air conditioning running constantly to keep the temperature manageable. Upon returning home and checking my credit card...

Every staff person was excellent. Property has good views, is very clean and nicely appointed. An easy one-mile walk to town. I attended a meeting and those facilities were clean, comfortable and the food was better than average.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Sedona Very clean, great service and right on a golf course! You can hike down to the creek but that may be frowned upon due to the time shares you pass through, we had no problems doing so. You are close to great shopping and all the sites and jeep...

A peaceful full service resort just a short distance away from all the hustle & bustle of downtown Sedona. Guest Customer Service done the way it should be.... Focused on the Guest. Stunning views of beautiful Sedona including great star gazing.

You are greeted by a wonderful staff. The rooms are spacious, beds are dial your own settings, so cool. The grounds are beautiful, with a pond, ducks and a cute gazebo. We did not eat here, tried other great restaurants in town, but heard the food at Poco was very good. First Class.......

Loved the Poco King room with fireplace and jacuzzi tub. First floor walk out patio overlooking 9 hole golf course. This resort also has villas that sit right on the creek. Peaceful environment and friendly staff. Although I hiked dark to dark, it was nice to come home to a jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and very comfortable bed. I had to...

I booked a room with the expectation of staying in a resort type setting. Because I booked a package deal online I was placed in the last room at the end of the resort with a view of my car in the parking lot. It looks more like. Motel 6 than a resort of any kind. I feel completely misled...

Super friendly staff accomadated us last minute and gave us a great room by the pool and on the golf course. Clean, spacious rooms....comfortable beds. We were just here for an overnight but had time to visit the restaurant. We were seated right away with a great view. We all had a different steak dinner which was one of the...

My girlfriend were in Sedona for a seminar and Poco Diablo was designated as the host hotel. Check in was swift and very accommodating gentleman at the front desk. The room was their Poco King, giving us a little more breathing space. I chose the second floor for a better view. The grounds are very clean and maintained well. The...

We had purchased our stay in Sedona through Expedia. We decided to take advantage of Expedia's unpublished rate hotel search as we had never traveled to Sedona before and were not quite sure where to stay. We were not disappointed. The drive into Sedona was absolutely stunning. We drove down from Wiiliams and came down through Oak Creek Canyon which...
