Great hotel, friendly staff, with fast check-in. Nice large room with a very comfortable king size bed. Our room was very clean, the shower had lots of hot water. They had a happy hour which was a nice touch and a hot breakfast that was great, lots of choices and plenty of tables so we could distance if we wanted. Location is good with lot's of food choice within just a few minutes drive.
Delightful stay! Clean & helpful & great location for exploring! Suite room the perfect size. Nice service… love coming home to a made-up room. We explored the area & loved coming home to our suite. Breakfast was good & very well stocked! Girls at the desk always cheerful & helpful!
Great lower priced property! Friendly staff, decent breakfast, liberal Happy Hour. Rooms spacy but starting to look dated. Not much in the way of dining iwithin walking distance. Would stay again when I run out of Hilton points.
Property is close to restaurants and highways. Property is well kept. Staff was informative and helpful. Rooms are neat and comfy - through bed was on the hard side. One or the best Covid-era breakfasts, too - with hot and cold entrees. There was free beverage service in the late afternoon, too.
The staff was very friendly. They were wearing masks the whole time. One of the staff members was talking with another person (worked there???) who was not wearing mask staff did not ask them to put one on. They did provide breakfast in the morning. Staff members served food. In the evenings a free bottle of beer or glass of wine was offered every night during your stay. Rooms were nice and clean. It was quiet.
While the check in was fast and friendly, this is not a hotel. This is a long term stay facility. Strange full size noisy fridge next to another smaller one. Roaches in the bathroom light. Paper thin walls and floors,, and neighbors blaring music with the door open. Stay away from this place. I have no idea how they have great reviews.
This hotel is a pleasant surprise. The rooms have special touches, and a cooktop and dishes. Sparkling clean pool. Nice breakfast buffet. Beautiful comfortable lobby. The hallways had artistic signs by the room numbers. What a great bargain!!
I love staying here. The staff always make you feel at home. Martha always ensured that I had what I needed at breakfast. Maria made sure that all of my questions were answered immediately. She always greeted me and I felt welcome. I could sit by the pool at night and relax. If I visited the area again, I would stay here without question!
This used to be my favorite go-to hotel in Sierra Vista. No longer! Despite AZ recently opening of hotels and restaurants, and AZ COVID cases surging, there was no effort by the staff to ensure their guests safety. NONE of the staff was wearing a mask and there was no hand sanitizer on the front desk, They went to the back office and got one when I asked about it. The next morning, I went down to get a coffee and they still had their breakfast buffet! This is not allowed anymore! No precautions what so ever to protect their guests. Then, I watched in disbelief as the front desk guy used his bare hand to pluck a piece of food out of one of the chaffing dishes on the illegal breakfast buffet! I was shocked and appalled and I am in the process of crafting an email to the owners. Shame on them for not taking this pandemic seriously!…
Can't beat this place for the price. We booked two nights in a Deluxe Suite, 1 King Bed, Non Smoking for $84.99 per night plus taxes and fees. They offer two drinks per room per night, complimentary, soda, beer, or wine with snacks in the dining area from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Room had a microwave, two burner range top, refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, and plates, cups, and utinsils if you wanted to cook in your room. Room was spacious with desk, love seat, and recliner. Social area was partically seperated from the sleeping area with a short wall. Comfortable bed and soft towels in the bathroom. The breakfast was outstanding and was different each morning with a wide varity of food. Will definately stay here on our next travels to Sierra Vista, AZ.
