Staff was great. Hotel was clean and roomy. Not fancy but very nice for quick overnight stay. Big plus was German Cafe about a mile away. Awesome authentic food. No alcohol but still great. Nice happy hour at hotel included in room fee. Near base if visiting military

I stayed with my work collegues over a week period. The rooms were excellent and always well serviced. The staff were very helpful and freindly and catered to our every need. The happy hour is amzing and honestly we couldn't ask for more! Of note I left my laptop there before returning to New Zealand. One phonecall to Tracy and it was all sorted and she was able to help facillitate its return to me in Auckland. I highly recommend staying here.

Pros: 24/7 pool, free wifi, free tv, kitchenette complete with stovetop, sink, microwave and fridge along with cooking utensils and pots/pans. Breakfast was of acceptable quality. Room was clean and free of smoke, blood, and urine. Pet friendly. Cons: extremely weak internet connection, lack of air ventilation in shower area, questionable elevator. (the elevator is compliant and has a certificate of inspection posted inside as required by law, but it jerks and makes unsettling noises. Not really a huge deal, however. Building is only 3 floors therefore it is pretty safe.) Decor in lobby is creepy. There is a sun with a face on it. (Not a big deal either). The cons are few. This hotel has a doubtful rating on google, however I found my stay to be pleasant. deserves recognition.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay. Great staff, a spotless room and a great location. Our beds were comfortable, negligible noise from our surroundings, and just a simple, but well appointed room. Breakfasts were simple but filling and the coffee was always great. Nice pool and even a happy hour in the afternoon. We will definitely stay here again.

No dislikes. Every single staff person was kind and ready to help with anything. Lounge area was huge and comfortable. Hotel provides special amenities (you'll see) unseen in any other hotel we've stayed in. Breakfast was very good and not the same "main course" every morning. Room was very comfortable, especially bedding and small couch. Exercise room actually had a universal weight station and a few aerobic machines. Heated pool and hot tub lived up to their names and very clean. :-) We would absolutely choose this hotel if we came back to this area.

We stayed 3 weeks. The staff and accommodations was awesome! Happy Hour has a great way to wind down. Loved the staff. Tracy, Trista and Jordan was so wonderful to meet and be with. Also the Maintenance man...what a gem he is. We will go back the next trip to Sierra Vista, Az. So nice to have soup and salad each night, happy hour each night, along with nacho cheese and different chips. We had popcorn 2 times. Husband would have loved to have it every night. LOL Again, what a super place to stay. Safe, friendly and even a pool and hot tub along with an exercise room. Love, love, love it!! I just can't say enough!! Oh, and their is guest laundry room.

This ia a great hotel I had never heard of before. I travel alone with a dog. Price for dog was only $10. The room was incredible for the price. It was a latge suite, with king size bed, sleeping sofa, kitchen and very nicely furnished. Also very clean and lots of towels The person I talked to for the reservation was very friendly, kind and helpful. She may have been the same person that checked me in. The breakfast was good but not outstanding. They also has a happy hour from 6 to 9. offering 2 free drinks and snacks.

We were greeted warmly by a woman at the registration desk and told there were free drinks and snacks once we got settled. Later she recommended The Angry German restaurant which was walking distance and served delicious food. She also advised us about the complimentary breakfast the next morning. Our room was huge and included a kitchenette, arm chair, love seat along with a king sized bed. Everything was clean. Excellent value for our travel dollars! We will be back.

I would have given this a 5 but the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The pros wer the friendly service and the fireplace in the lobby amd very very clean. Rooms had two hot plates, with pots and fry pan, dish soap and towel. The free drink was a nice touch. Lobby sitting area looks out over pool area. Gym looks pretty standard for hotel with treadmill and weights and overlooks pool as well. Breakfast was pretty basic but good for our needs. Cereal toast eggs hash browns. It is a decent option for a night but long term I couldn’t handle the beds.
