The entire hotel is in need of an overhaul. Our king bedded room was half empty . . . only a bed, small dresser and desk/chair. The walls were bare, the windows filthy and the carpet was stained and torn. The shower was pathetic . . . could have gotten a better shower from a garden hose. Breakfast was served...

I had to stay here for an extended stay for business travel and more than once I contemplated I paying out of pocket to stay someplace else. The hotel is just run down and needs to be renovated. There are newer furniture pieces in the room, but that does not make up for the dingy carpets, dirty tiles and walls,...

Absolutely worst hotel. Had to stay here for military reasons, but if it was on my dime, not a chance!! Not just the rooms were bad, the staff, soooo rude! Don't ask them to clean your room again if it's dirty!! Don't lose your key to the room, they get an attitude!! Just nasty. Black mold spiders, roaches... And how...

I travel for business a lot and this is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are dated and very tired looking. The king size bed was not very comfortable and you are only provided 2 very flat foam pillows. The hotel provides a continental breakfast that was sad. There was bread, English muffins, instant oatmeal and...

Stayed here for business and would not again even if I had to pay out of pocket to stay elsewhere. The hotel is a dump. Everything about it is run down and worn out. The room was one of the worst I have stayed in. The parking lot is not well lit and did not feel safe at night. The...

We spent 4 nights & were very disappointed compared to our previous stay . Our room was on the second floor . The a/c didn't work , all of our showers were lukewarm , we were given 2 bath towels , 1 hand towel & 1 wash cloth for 2 people to use . One day my husband asked a...

Went to cowboy poetry afterparty and ate at Maestros Lounge for the first time. Food was out of this world. Shocked but it was better than most restaurants in Sierra Vista. Decor was dated and boring with a lot of tape left over from past parties on the celing. Service was exceptional and they have a pool table and a...

I rarely write a bad review but this is #1 of 2014. A group of friends got together to go the bar at Windermere for a small reunion. We would frequent the Windermere every week when I lived in SV. We walked into the bar and it was cold and unfinished. The chairs were uncomfortable for sitting on for long...

We were here for two nights in December 2013. We were given a pretty good rate which included a full hot breakfast and two drinks in the bar. Check-in was smooth and the lady (Bobbi) was helpful. The room was a basic motel fare - however it was clean, had nice amenities and included coffee maker, microwave and bar fridge....

Our room was large and comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, hot and free. The lighting in the parking lot in lobby was dark. This is an older hotel and this shows in the exteriors and public places. If you don't mind that, it was a good value for the money.
