We just stayed four nights here & check in was good. We requested a ground floor & were accommodated with friendly staff. The rooms were nice but maid service was minimal. The hotel & rooms were very clean upon arrival. Our garbage was dumped the first day & sheets/blankets pulled up on bed but nothing tucked in or changed. Second...

We stayed one night while touring Tombstone. Excellent hotel. Very clean, employees very friendly. The breakfast was not great. The biscuits and gravy were not good at all. The rest of the breakfast.. toast and coffee was fine.

This hotel was one of the best ones that I have stayed at. The staff was friendly and helpful at every turn. They answered all of our questions with a friendly tone. The room was very clean and everything that we expected.

I never leave a 5 star on a hotel but this one trully earned it... Very, Very friendly. Clean doesn't begin to cover this hotel... spotless I even tried to look for dust and couldn't find any in our room (215).. I'm a real stickler on linens and towels and they were perfect, not a stain to be found on...

Horrible breakfast. Rude breakfast server. Food ran out early and not big selection. Clean hotel. Good location. Good view. No lotion. Very quiet. Housekeeping didn't make beds only took out trash no clean towels were left

We were very happy with the Tombstone Grand Hotel. We were unfamiliar with the hotel when we made our reservation. Our stay was great, and we would stay there again. It was close to all of the attractions and easy to find. The staff was great, and the rooms were comfy.

Overall stay was pleasant. Housekeeping was not good at all (room not cleaned until after 5pm and not cleaned up to standard). Breakfast was a disappointment (in adequate quantity of food in bins, coffee was frequently running out). Housekeeper left room door ajar on afternoon of 12/26/2016 (anyone could have accessed the room as she never returned to close it).

Pretty standard layout of rooms..The Queens are large doubles, and the linens were stained.. The bathroom looked like teenagers lived there. In the two nights I stayed, I heard staff fighting with each other numerous times

Didn't like this hotel at all. Rooms were dated, but if it were super clean, it wouldn't have been too bad, but it wasn't very clean. A little nasty to be honest. Shower head was terrible. Staff was not friendly at all... none of them! Just smile at someone will you please? It's not that hard, believe me. Breakfast was...

Forget the name unless your preference is a Super 8 Motel grand because that is about what this motel is. The front desk has had numerous positive endorsements but how do they mess up three reservations that we observed while checking in? And that would include ours - I will accept responsibility for using the wrong credit card a month...
