Easy hotel to find and situated very close to the town so great to walk in to at night for food and right on top of the railway station for the train. Plenty of parking but most of it will not be that close to the hotel. The hotel car park was almost full on arrival and every day we...

My husband and I arrived with my parents after a long road trip. My family waited in the car, while I went in to check us in, find out where to park, etc. First, the woman that checked me in sighed and motioned for me to come up to the desk. I received no "hello," smile, greeting of any kind....

We stayed three nights. Hotel is clean, great location and staff was very helpful. Can't figure out why you have to use coffee cup in the bathroom, but we made that work. The rooms are real nice, appears that the hotel may have had a makeover recently. It was cool to cold when we stayed and another thing i really...

Stayed here two nights while travelling across America. The hotel is easily located I wish the reception was easily found sign posting is minimal also there are disabled parking spaces but these are limited to eight near reception area and some others the other side of the hotel but a distance (for some body disabled) from reception. The reception area...

We stayed two nights in this hotel. Very friendly staff and quiet hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The room was a good size with a mini fridge and microwave. The shower was large and included body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The lounge was only open from 4-10 pm but was very cool. Great place to catch the train...

This hotel was fine, but Having seen the photos on line I was disappointed as it looks nothing like the photos in reality. Average place to stay, nothing special but nothing bad to say about it either.

When you see the pictures of the lobby on line you almost get the feeling that this grandeur will carry through the majority of the hotel but it does not. The package (hotel, breakfast and dinner meals, train ride to the Canyon and back, and the motor tour at the Canyon) is a great deal. Was not overly impressed with...

Stayed here twice in three days... taking the train to Grand Canyon park and staying overnight there for the night in between... This hotel is Clean, Bright, and has a great location, right near the train station and two blocks from Route 66 shops and restaurants. My only complaint is that the WiFi system works great in the lobby, but...

Heard about the train trip up to the Grand Canyon. Definitely for seniors and children. Nice time but VERY slow. Rooms were nice but food at the hotel left a lot to be desired. Also not really good for people with disabilities.

Hotel was clean, easy to find, pool was crowded, front desk staff were not welcoming. Still, comfy beds, nice shower and facilities. Good place to stay when heading to the Grand Canyon. Would probably stay again.
