For the price, this place was not worth it. First observation, no elevator. Rooms were dated. At any moment I thought I was going to break through the bottom of the bath tub, it was soft and made noises every time I moved. The breakfast started at 7 which is late if you want an early start in the Canyon...

No elevator, clean very quaint place, friendly until we asked a question at front desk and he jumped down our throat, he thought we were complaining. Other wise nice place! Good location for the Grand Canyon Railway and Rt. 66

Brought my children to this hotel to visit the Grand Canyon. We received a room on the second floor. The manager on duty informed me my kids needed to stop jumping up and down. Not once did my kids "jump up and down". Truth is the second level floor makes a lot of noise just by walking around. My wife...

I booked this hotel on expedia and thought that it would be an easy check-in like past hotels I have booked on expedia but the manager throws in this $12 surcharge when I get there in addition to what I already paid online. He claims that it is for energy charge but why is that not already included when I...

This was easy to book on line and check in was easy. The staff was great at check in but called me to tell me we were being too loud. I'm not sure how we could have been loud since the tv was off and we were in bed. What ever was cooking in another room was so smelly it...

For $300 per night, you can bet I expected a lot more. But since this was pretty much the only hotel in the area with a room available at the last minute, I went ahead and booked the 3 bed suite. 1) The place is TINY. There is no lobby to speak of. Two tiny tables and chairs and one...

The scorching sun of Arizona has faded the exterior of KNIGHTS INN in Williams. Upon seeing that my first thought was " be prepared for a dump." To my surprise I walked into a clean, bright and well maintained front office area. Mr. Patel, at the front desk was charming and uber helpful in getting me checked in. I got...

I'll start with the positive. The hotel is close to I-40 which makes for good location to spend the night before heading off to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Now the not-so-positive. Check-in experience not good as owner lied to me and changed my room type (king to 2-doubles) and had the nerve to make the comment to...

All hotel websites clearly have the hotel listed at a price of $50 walk in to hotel and ask them to match it so I don't have to wait. Any smart hotel will do that to cut out the middle man. But instead they say their internet isn't working so they can't take reservations on line and won't match the...

Not the Ritz but a good place to stay on a budget. Place shows some wear and tear but is clean and comfortable. Rooms have small refrigerators but no microwave. Breakfast is the bare minimum for continental with rolls, fruit, yogurt, and coffee available. Staff friendly but underwhelming. It does have Wi-Fi.
