We recently went back to Williams to get out of the heat of the summer in Phoenix. We have had a lovely stay here before and this time was no different. The rooms and linens are crisp and nice. We stayed three nights and the maid service does an outstanding job. They have a great continental breakfast that is very...

We held a family gathering (50 souls strong) in Williams, Arizona. The Lodge on Route 66 was wonderful! We were visiting the Grand Canyon. Williams was the perfect staging point for our trip. The Lodge on Route 66 was newly remodeled, well kept and extremely comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly and catered to our every need--we felt welcomed....

This was the sixth stop (July 31st) on our Route 66 drive from St. Louis to LA with a family of four. The Lodge on Route 66 is the prototype for saving old Route 66 motels. The property has been updated magnificently with lots of attention to detail. All of the rooms are named after cities on Route 66. Our...

This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip! The prices were very reasonable, the rooms were clean and nicely updated, the staff was friendly, the breakfast had a variety of choices and was tasty, and the overall atmosphere was very nice and relaxed. Our room was well furnished and quiet. I was worried I would hear a lot...

This was our third year in a row to Williams. We love the area and it is a break in the day when we are traveling 10 hours. We have stayed in some dumps over the last couple years in Williams, and we spent a little bit more money to stay in this place. We were not disappointed. The gals...

This was a very nice place. I thought the room was reasonably priced, clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was also pretty good (they had waffles). I did have a few annoyances though: Their plumbing sucks so if you try to shower when everyone else is you get a trickle of tepid...

It was so wonderfully decorated, updated and serene. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean & spacious! We...

We wanted to get away from LV hades in June and a long weekend in Williams was perfect. The Lodge was everything we hoped for, a revamp of an old school motor lodge, friendly staff and easy walking. Williams is small business friendly, the anti-corporate answer to the sad economy wrought from greed. It's not cheap, but they have done...

Had originally planned to stay in Flagstaff, AZ for our Grand Canyon trip, but did more research and found The Lodge on Route 66. Awesome location, you can walk around the town, many places to eat, grab a cold drink, or just browse the shops. Train station is right across the street, everything is within walking distance. The rooms were...
