We stayed one night so we could take the train to the Grand Canyon. The room was clean, the shower nice and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

The property was very dated and really needs to be worked on a lot. We were sent to a room that was completely in disarray, the staff should have know this and it should not have happened. Then the TV wouldn't work. The bathroom was tiny. It also had hair on sink and tub area. The breakfast was all carbohydrates,...

Overall the experience was good. Hotel location, internet, staff was good. Only bad experience was the bathroom had no ventilation and was dripping from water vapor when showering. Loved the fact that the family room had a separate room.

A lot of work needs to be done in that hotel. Checked in at 3:00pm asked for a ground floor I was told none available. I believe when your making a reservation you should be told when there are no ground floors available or e-mail the customer so they can make other arrangements.

Thank you traveler. We have actually spent a good part of the past three years trying to update the hotel to allow for a more pleasant experience. Recently we have replaced bedding, carpet, bathroom tiles, and our parking lot in an effort to offer more comfort to our guests. Currently many of our lower level rooms are being repainted, refurnished,...

loved the little town of Williams. There are lots of cute shops and places to eat. This was a nice hotel. We stayed on our way back from the Canyon. It was clean and newly renovated, had comfortable beds and the price per night was very agreeable

Very clean and well kept room. Close to many dining and entertainment options, and only an hour south of the Grand Canyon. It made for an ideal stop along our trip before heading north into Utah.

It is an old property and the wear and tear is apparent. There is a musty smell when you walk in, and everything is old. It could go for a great update! Other than that it was fine to stay. It was close to everything and you could walk for the most part. Staff was friendly.

We had a very nice room with a beautiful Italian shower. It was clean, the receptionists were nice. I would definitely recommend this place. If you are visiting the Grand Canyon, it is only a 45 minutes drive from this hotel!

The place is OK, the rooms are really large, but a bit of renovation wouldn't be a bad idea. Some painting and a new carpet should be put on the to do list. Overall it is pretty much what you expect for that price.
