Since I do not see a date of arrival on your request, I cannot confirm the lower floor. It could be assigned subject to availability. We are pet friendly though there is a small pet fee of $15 per pet night.

I would not stay there. I am not, by any means, a travel snob, but this place was terrible. If you are planning on going to the Grand Canyon, you might consider Flagstaff for a hotel. Williams is a neat little town, but had limited lodging choices. Flagstaff would add about 25 minutes to your drive into the canyon but would be worth it to get a clean hotel.
