We stayed here for two days. The staff was pleasant. The room was clean. But, the carpeting did need to be cleaned. If you looking for a place just to sleep this place is good. Williams the town was very cute a lot of little stores and bars. Very nice people very friendly. I really liked the town.

If you just need a place to sleep, this will do just fine. Close to everything...1 mile from historic downtown Williams, restaurants and grocery shopping nearby, Grand Canyon only an hour away. One of the main reasons I chose here was the indoor pool/wihirlpool, both of which are out of service due to construction at the hotel. Rooms are spacious,...

We had a 2 night stay here this month and were disappointed. (I don't like writing poor reviews, but I'm afraid it's needed in this case). I visited here seven years ago on a route 66 road trip andw It seemed fine then so despite some poor comments on T.A. I booked it this time for a trip with my...

I believe this Ramada is poorly managed as carpets need a serious cleaning the beds and sheets need to be replaced. The Purchased breakfast was good. Should have been included as other upper end hotels in williams az does....

We requested 1st floor room due to medical reasons. They placed us on the 2nd floor and then informed us the elevator was out. Plus additional construction going on inside the hotel. Front desk had a hard time checking us in, double charged us on our credit card, did not go out of her way to help in any way....

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I am sorry for the inconveniences you had to undergo during your stay. The reason we are undergoing construction is because we are installing an elevator to better situate our guest. All front desk staff usually can figure out double charges or anything related so I apologize she did not...

Was set up this motor hotel as part of a tour. This place needs help. Things were dingy and just not up to even Super 8 standards. Restaurant was included in the tour, and it seems to have been run by high school students on an exam. Ramada used to be a trusted name, but now it's the poor child...
