I try not to say negative things but other then the very nice man who seemed to run this place Nothing else was acceptable. Your feet turned black walking on the carpeting. The pool was so bad we would not go in. One night Ok but no More!!!

Stayed there after a long day and wanted to relax, swim in the pool and lay on a comfy bed and watch TV. The ONLY decent thing about this stay was the water in the pool was refreshing. The furniture seemed like it had been harvested from yard sales in the ghetto. The bedspread was torn. Carpet was dirty. The...

I'm not rating this terrible because the price was fair for the condition of the place. However, the beds were uncomfortable and the room smelled weird. Since we only stayed at this place for 6 hours, it did the job. We slept and woke up and left to head towards San Diego. The bathroom was uninviting and the AC was...

I can handle an out of date hotel, as long as it's clean, but this out of date hotel is not clean. When I pulled the blanket from the bed, Doritos crumbs fell to the carpet. The shower had Comet cleaner in it, as if they attempted to clean it, but got too lazy to scrub it and rinse it...

The staff was nice and helpful. First room 112 was very very dirty, dirt and hair in bed, stuff spilled down the walls, hair all over the room, dirty stuff all over doors lite switch plates and so on and as most places carpet bad. Second room 117 still shabby but was a little better. No bugs, the towels and...

I stayed here with my son and husband and mother and law. I think the room for the price was amazing. The room was clean and very big. The next morning in a rush I forgot my 3pc wedding set. I called 6 hours after we checked out and when I called they were incredibly honest. They held it until...

Older rooms with older furniture and fixtures. Clean, quiet and very good walk-in shower. Breakfast only has coffee, juice and packaged sweet rolls. T.V. reception was poor. Does have mini fridge and microwave. The price is outstanding for Yuma. Most motels pricey. There is also a nice outdoor pool and spa and places to sit. The free WI-FI is a...

Older place so don't expect a Marriott Hotel. We have a big family and they have a room with three queen beds. Comfortable and clean, just older. Don't confuse older with dirty. Gave us breakfast vouchers to a nearby restaurant for breakfast buffet for our children. Monsoon struck and there were no leaks in our room. Felt safe there. I'd...

I would say that this place is definitely a lower-end extended stay type place. They don't provide any coffee in the room. Mini fridge and micro are. Floor was dirty. However for the price I have to say I didn't expect or need much. On the positive side the staff were all very helpful and courteous and the location is...

Room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom good. Sure, this place is "mature", but quality for the price...paid $42 incl tax. Microwave, Fridge, TV, WiFi, Air-con/Heat all good. You need to get up early to catch the snacks in the Lobby. Guests ranged widely...many long stay "Seniors", contract workers, no concerns about security. Yuma IS "the home of the homeless", but...
