It is a beautiful park, clean and well cared for but the dog was not welcome and people were very click-ish and made us feel unwelcome. The staff was not helpful. We planned to stay 3 months but left after 2 weeks. Very small spaces with no extra room and neighbors way too close. I would not recommend this park...

We we booked into this campground starting Feb16 and staying for 8 days but we recieved a phone call on feb.12 that my husbands Mother had a stroke and the doctor had called the family home. We had to cancel, the manager said they couldn't refund us any of our money as Jan. & Feb. are their busiest months and...

Karen B. We're sorry to hear about your husband's mother and hope all turned out well. That must have been a hard time for you. Policies like 'no refunds during busy season' are an unfortunately necessary business practice in the hospitality industry, and in some circumstances are hard to swallow for customers. The booking process is usually months in advance,...

We enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was very friendly. Sites are gravel and dirt and very level. Utilities worked well. There are lots of activities going on here, always something to do. The one thing that struck us as being odd was that people with pets are in a separate section from ones without pets. We don't have pets, but...

It's a medium size park just off of hwy 95 and 8. They have just under 300 sites of various sizes with some large pull through level sites. Full hookups and the 50 amp power was stable. The clean pool is on the smaller side but very refreshing even in triple digit heat and I enjoyed the spa. The staff...

Thank you for your review of our park. Our staff enjoy being helpful and appreciate your positive comments. We are glad you enjoyed the pool and our mini-golf. Come back in the winter season when the weather is more conducive to outdoor activities. We have lots of fun activities and social events. Again, thanks for taking time to review us...

After spending time in Phoenix at a fancy RV Park and spending time near Tucson at a rustic RV Park, Shangri-La was the perfect spot for us. Because of a horrible experience in Phoenix we requested a pull through site. Our spot was spacious and wonderful. The lady at the front office was so welcoming when we arrived and happily...

Thank you for taking the time to give us your thoughts on our park. Our staff are friendly people, and are glad to hear the positive comments. And many of our guests are pet owners, so we've created a couple of places for your pet to get exercise, including walking in the desert (when it's not too hot). Hope to...

First there are so many RV parks in Yuma you can't even imagine! I picked this park based on the ratings on Trip Advisor! We planned a two week stay on our way to New Mexico. It seemed like a warm place to "hide out" after the chilly weather in Las Vegas. From the time we arrived we have felt...

Hi and thanks for your review of our park. Your description of our facilities makes us blush a little, but you're spot on. We feel like a community of friendly people, both our staff and our guests. We do take our mini-golf and other sports seriously...it's part of the fun. Come stay with us during the winter season and you'll...

This place was spotless. Large u 7pull through spots on gravel. Cement and blacktop throughout the entire place. Very friendly. Easy check in after hours. Lots of seasonal people starting in November.

Thanks for taking a moment to express your thoughts. We work hard to keep the place clean...and friendly. We're very popular in the winter season, with a community of friendly people as guests too!

Stayed at the park for eight days in between PCSing from Yuma to overseas. Clean park, large spaces, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Had to walk to the pet area but that wasn't too bad. Enjoyed our time there.

We knew going in that it was "off-season" being summer in Yuma. We found the resort to be minimally occupied but clean and very welcoming. Our 40 foot rig fit our pull-through site (#250) just fine (I've included a pic) and we had room (plenty) for our slide and our awnings though that could be a little different story during...
