I stay at Motel 6 often during the fall on my way home to Goodyear, Arizona after announcing football games in San Diego. It is inexpensive ($35 last Saturday night) and they always have rooms for my late arrival. Not the Ritz but okay for someone who just wants a bed and shower.

This pet friendly chain has been an oasis travelling with two dogs. I travelled from British Columbia Canada to Nayarit Mexico this fall and then returned to BC from Mexico this spring. The fact that Motel 6' s are quite prevalent along the I5 has been a godsend. I had just completed an 12 hour day of driving and came...

We stayed at this Motel 6 and didn't get a wink of sleep. I can withstand the prison sized room, the 1980's tiny box TV but I just don't get it when you go to bed and the mattress is an absolutely horrible lumpy disaster! This thing was on a "downward slope", and had a permanent indentation in the middle...

I was dreading sleeping in a motel...close to the road, the traffic, the noise... This Motel 6 is nice, clean, inexpensive and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Rose and Maribel, the night and morning staff, were very customer-service oriented. The room has new carpet, the bathroom was clean and equipped with soap - nothing...

Stayed here one night with my husband and our small dog. We like Motel 6 because they always accept pets for no extra charge. This one had the hard laminate flooring....which we prefer. Carpet is hard to keep clean and hotel rooms (especially those who accept pets regular) get a lot of use. Rooms stay cleaner and less smelly when...

My wife and made a quick stop in Yuma to chase a rare bird that had been seen in the east Yuma wetlands so we chose this inexpensive hotel that is conveniently located on a main street of Yuma (junction of interstate 5 and US 95 [E 16th Street]). The entrance to the hotel is a bit cryptic when approaching...

Wifi too expensive, McDonald's gives it for free. Decent bed. Close quarters if you are a large person and wish to close the bathroom door. Really old tv with poor sound, but it worked. Not sure how to find a particular network.

Room clean and fairly quite. Plenty of grassy areas to walk dogs. Poopy bag dispensers and trash bins for pup clean up. When I was there they were doing cement work on the walkways around the motel...a little inconvenient....and road work on the access road to the motel was annoying. Also, the lock to my door stopped working with me...
