This was my second stay at this hotel. First was in September of 2019. Lobby very quiet both times, and we like the lobby as a place to be other than the room. I suspect this hotel hosts groups/conferences and adjusts staffing and services accordingly. It was clean, beds comfortable, and bedding high quality. This visit, towels were in short supply and thin. Some had a slight sour smell, but this is a very humid place. Yes, A/C unit was loud. I always have a white-noise generator, which took care of the A/C issue. We liked the interior window. Just there one night. If you want an exterior window, ask for it at registration. I liked the all-white bathroom. No wood tones there! Tub was comfortable. Water pressure good. Sign at desk stated indoor pool is open but not heated so didn’t attempt to use it. Didn’t like the bright LED lights in the room - a personal preference. As I’ve noticed on this entire trip, staff is a mix of high quality experienced people and new inexperienced and unskilled people. This is true in hotels, restaurants and more. Thank you, COVID-19!

This hotel must be closing down. We were shocked to see the state of this place. The lobby was decent but nothing was open. The guy at the front dest appeared to know nothing about the restaurant he referred us to visit. He appeared confused with the registration process. The elevator was dirty and missing paint. The room was without a window or air flow. Lots of construction workers were hanging out around the back entrance to the hotel. We had to leave & have a pleasant evening at the Holiday Inn Express. Beware!

The outside looks like a dump. The inside is not. But first impressions are so important and here it there exceedingly low and poor. Also, some issues that management clearly does not have their finger on. I have included a picture of the wash towel that was sitting out and greeted us. It was coming apart. There is no reason a hotel of this stature should ever allow this to happen. And then, no whitener/creamer for the coffee to be found anywhere in the hotel. Management, are you listening?

Thank you Stephrab for taking the time to review the Four Points Bentonville. I am sorry that our hotel did not make a great impression on you. That certainly is out of character of the normal reviews and compliments we typically receive. Regarding the wash towel you received, hotels across the nation are currently faced with a towel and sheet shortage and when desperate times, call for desperate measures, we had to improvise and find the next best solution. I understand the wash towel was not the quality we aim for here at the Four Points and for that I am sorry. However, we were able to provide our guests with the necessities they deserve. Thank you again for your review. I hope you'll give us another chance to earn your trust in us again and allow us to prove that we are a great team and hotel.

This hotel is massive, which you'd never know from the outside. I was put into a room on the top floor and all the way in the back, which I loooved. I value privacy and solitude; and this place was perfect for that, as I never once heard another person on my floor what so ever. The room was huge, the bed was comfortable, and it was clean and tidy. The front desk staff was great- especially the male gentleman who was at check out. The breakfast was largely disappointing (a muffin, a breakfast bar, and a water bottle), which I personally consider important with any hotel stay, but everything else was great. Would be 5 stars if they offered a better selection of breakfast items, which can still be done even with Covid restrictions.

My wife and I had a 2-night stay at this property. We were to pick up a bike I’m buying from a Bentonville bike shop, visit Crystal Bridges, enjoy great Bentonville restaurants, etc. We found out this afternoon the bike shop won’t have our bike ready, so we attempted to cancel the hotel reservation for the following two nights. I’ve never had this happen, but we missed the cancellation window by seven minutes (yes, 7!), and the hotel is still charging us for a full night plus taxes and fees. The general manager, Celine Peruzzi, was entirely unsympathetic. She told me I knew the deadline when I booked the hotel, and it was my fault for missing the deadline. I need to reiterate: I missed the deadline by SEVEN MINUTES. I cannot possibly endorse a hotel who takes such a short-sighted view of customer service. In light of Covid, you’d think more properties would be willing to fight for customer loyalty. Apparently not the Four Points by Sheraton in Bentonville.

I am empathetic to your frustrations regarding hotels and third party travel booking websites cancellation policies. Since Covid, most hotel brands and third party travel agencies have loosened their cancellation policies from 72 hours to 24 hours because of travel restrictions. There are options when choosing to book through a third party and especially with Expedia you can purchase a Non-Refundable package or a refundable package with restrictions. Unfortunately, during these unusual times, hotels and travel partners are having to adhering to their cancellation policies. That is why we caution our guest to fully understand the cancellation policy. We truly appreciate your feedback as it is critical to our success in providing the utmost customer service. We hope you and your family stay safe, healthy and wishing you happy travels.
