Nice and friendly hotel, where the staff were seriously attentive and always wanting to have a conversation with you. The room was small but well put together. The laundry service was excellent as was the food service. As I was there for over a month, the manager made a point of asking to me nearly every day. Food was good,...

I just stayed at the Greenwich hotel for five nights (Feb. 2017). I was on the first floor with a view overlooking the front parking lot and street. I felt at home from the first moment I arrived. The welcome at the front desk was friendly and sincere. The kitchen had just closed (10 p.m.), but there were some Cokes...

Stayed at this hotel for a conference. The room was basic but clean and was well serviced throughout our stay. There was always a good variety of food choices at the buffet and the food was very nice. The conference room was equipped with a sound system and projector so it met all our needs. The air conditioning throughout doubles...

Stayed here for a total of 12 nights while in Nepal and this hotel had everything we needed - except for consistent hot water for showers. The rooms are very clean and most are roomy with ample space. The service was great and given the number of days we spent there, we got to know the employees so well they...

First the good. The pool and courtyard are indeed a wonderful respite from the dust and chaos of the city. The staff is pleasant and everything is very clean (a real struggle in Patan). Very convenient to have a money exchange at the reception desk. But our mattress was thin and hard, the electrical set-up in our room was functional...

It's away from the main noisy and dusty roads, lovely buildings with a lot of marigolds which were in season. The staffs were friendly and helpful, giving wonderful suggestions on shopping and dining. The room itself was small but equipped with fridge, TV, 2 single sofas, 1 coffee table, a writing desk and a chair and the 2 single beds....

It is situated centrally in KTM. The location is good, peaceful and well connected to other places. But the rooms are not good for a family trip. They are small and very functional. The accessories are very basic. The worst part is their complimentary breakfast. There is nothing offered, only breads and sausages worth mentioning. The staff are good. The...

I have written a few reviews on this hotel. The helpful manager Buwan is one main reason we keep coming back. He is helpful, reasonable, willing to accommodate our request including prices. The hardware is basic and aged, though the manager acted on our comments of renewing their pillows and mattress. This time though their service became clinical and direct,...

Dont expect too much when you choose to stay here. Its not bad, neither is it great! The rooms are very average - very clean rooms though. Friendly and helpful staff. Below the average - breakfast! Its great if you just need a place to crash and you're out exploring all day. There are frequent power cuts, especially in the...
