First up, the good things (since they are easier to count)- a nice pool is present and the rooms are decent. Drawbacks - service is next to non existent, washroom is decent, but the complimentary toiletries are dismal. There is no electricity for major part of the day (although that is the same story across most of Nepal), but then,...

Okay ... good news first! There is a pool! And service is great! Not so good news ... the place is acceptable (clean and has the basics including internet and hot water) but nothing much to speak of beyond that! And the breakfast buffet is dismal ... I gave up on it and just went to a nearby coffee shop...

I stayed here while i was on a work assignment. This is a very comfortable hotel, but the rooms are extremely old and in ill repair. Unfortunately while i was there the hotel had a severe electricity problem, but beyond that, it was probably a lovely hotel many years ago, but the maintenance is wanting. A tip for those with...

I have been staying in this hotel for many trips to Lalitpur, Kathmandu. The annex building was damaged by the 2015 earthquake though the main building stays intact. A group of us stayed again at Greenwich this March and we were pleased that the hotel is undergoing rebuilding and some upgrade. Their rooms remain reasonable though their prices have moved...

The hotel is located in Lalitpur and there are some great restaurants in the neighborhood. Small hotel and have a good swimming pool. Staff is friendly and had good internet connection throughout the stay.

Clean, basic rooms with 24 hour power and internet; helpful staff and good restaurant with good wait staff. Rooms had VERY hot water! For the price, and excellent place to stay. Rooms were not moldy or bug infested, a plus indeed. Barking dogs on back side led to poor sleep; would recommend front side rooms.

I stayed here for a week while working in my organization's office located nearby. It is an old hotel but they do well in cleaning the rooms and maintaining the grounds. I love all of the flowers they have! The pool is clean and the garden area to sit and drink a cup of tea is lovely. When the sky...

The hotel has a good location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is pretty average, but then there are quite a few good resturants in the area where the hotel is located. The pool at the hotel is quite good. It is quite possible to have a lazy breakfast by the pool as it is by the dining...

This hotel for Kathmandu is really not super terrible. The ambiance is nice and the staff are helpful and warm. The downfalls are that the beds are like sleeping on a floor, super hard! Internet is sporadic and not really that great if you are trying to work. Breakfast selection is limited to very few choices on the buffet. There...
