Long flight? Near CdG (but only attempt it with GPS), absolutely terrific alternate to any other hotel experience. Jump right in to what we all love about France. Be forewarned, however, this is an authentic period chateau - those are big staircases there to the top floor, especially if you are hauling heavy luggage. Charming suites, comfortable and clean, and...

I had a night in Paris before a flight to Guadeloupe so I researched for places so stay near the airport. I was quite surprised to find this amazing property with very reasonable prices. I decided to stay in the Main building as the rooms seemed so much nicer. I took a taxi from the airport (40 something euros). I...

Having enjoyed our stay neat the CDG airport for our last nite, before departing France, we decided to do the same near Orly. @0 km out it was a fine ending to a perfect break, especially the upgrade to a first floor room with floor-to- ceiling windows overlooking the rear of the property with a view that went on forever....

Nicely located away from the main road but still easily accessible you will find this 'chateau' to be a nice alternative to the standard hotel overnight stay options, provided you do not 'need' modernities like WiFi, TV, penthouses etc. Remember it is an old castle, so floors creak and squeak, but rooms are spacious and tidy. The domain offers an...

Impressive building and lovely rooms which served as a one night stop over for us on a motorcycle touring holiday. A unique experience to be in such a spectacular place and would loved to have stayed longer if we had been staying in the area. This gave us a great first stop over point for our tour. We were on...

Beautiful historic building in a wonderful setting. Service is excellent. Very helpful reception staff let us park the car for almost two weeks and arranged a taxi to take us to Orly airport. Breakfast could be improved a bit but otherwise very memorable building and service. Our room in the Chateau had a wonderful view of the lake at the...

I love staying in old Chateaux in France. I mean, for the price of many of them, one wouldn't get half the space and grandeur in any modern hotel. And none of the atmosphere and sense of history- here one feels that one's payment is somehow more than a mere hotel bill -part is going towards the preservation and renovation...

When we arrived at the gates of the Chateau it looked absolutely beautiful. Fantastic setting in the large parkland grounds, nice parking for our classic car out the front and very quiet. We had booked a superior room in the outside rooms as they had been described as more spacious than in the Chateau. I dread to think how small...

For our first time staying in a chateau, this was great. We really wanted to stay in a castle during our stay in France but didn't want to blow the budget - this was at the cheaper end of the spectrum, and its proximity to Paris suited us as well as we had a flight from CDG the next day....

I stayed at this hotel last week and had an absolutely great experience. The hotel is a small Chateau and set on large grounds. There is an authenticity about it that's very charming. To be short, on the plus side, the rooms are well appointed, the bathroom is excellent, the restaurant is very good and the staff is very helpful...
