Our recent stay was mostly good. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in, the room was clean. The one issue that I had was the purchase of tickets for the passion play. I was happy to find that we could purchase the tickets right there at our motel, what a great added service to offer the guests, however, I later found out the ticket price was actually $30 and we each paid $50. To add $20 per ticket for that added service is totally unacceptable in my opinion and made an otherwise positive experience into a negative one. I don't like being taken advantage of, that leaves a bad impression.
Have stayed here many times. Always clean and biker friendly. The new owners are great and are very accommodating. Pool is clean and probably one of the biggest ones in town. Rates are reasonable. Several restaurants nearby in walking distance. Will definitely be back.
Clean rooms, nice pool, reasonable rates, great location, nice owners. This is our 2nd time staying at the Trails Inn but this time we brought the kids and we all had fun! We will be staying here from now on while in Eureka
The owner was super accommodating and eager to make sure that our stay was great. I have electric bikes for rent and I wish I had time to rent one. They are the only ones in town that have any to rent. The room was cozy and the a/c works great. The best rooms are the 2 end units under the deck. Those units offer better privacy and covered parking. I would have given 5 stars but the mattresses were hard and pillows flat. Outside of that it was a great stay and I will go back.
I would highly recommend this place to stay in Eureka Springs. 5+ stars!!!!! It is not located downtown, but very close to it. (a few minutes drive). My party came in from Louisiana and Texas for a Friday night wedding. (We stayed 2 nights.) The owners were very helpful and friendly and answered any questions I had while I made the reservations day or night. Before arriving, I read several reviews about the Trails Inn and the owners, regarding their friendliness and hospitality, all I can say is the reviews are true. The owners truly make you feel that you are at a "mom and pop" place and welcome you to their motel. If you are looking for a quaint getaway that is reasonably priced I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. If we are ever in the Eureka Springs area again, we will stay here!!! Lastly, I highly recommend the cinnamon rolls, they are homemade and were worth the wait!!!…
