At such a cheap rate, I wasn’t expecting much. But I did expect it to be cleaner that it was. The floors didn’t appear to have been vacuumed or swept recently. The sink had hair on it and there was an empty water bottle behind one of the night stands. The towels and wash rags we were given were stained pretty bad as well. I will say that the owner was very kind.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was nice and chilly. The pool is nice and clean. The staff was fantastic from check in to check out. When I come back to Eureka springs again, I'll be staying here!!! Thank you!

Pictures are worth a thousand words. OLD is not the issue. Poor house keeping IS. Breakfast was a JOKE. Dirty everything, towels were stained. Sheets stained with blood spots. Comforter was not stained it had a chalky like substance in several locations on the bed clearly NOT cleaned. I’m fine with Old NOT ok with poor housekeeping. Based on pictures it appears to have blood spots on wall and dirty hand smudges. RM 102 had Jacuzzi Tub but it was broke!

It was a good one-night stay. This motel, like most independent budget motels, is an aging property and the room showed it. Room was clean, but there were the typical peeling wallpaper, worn commode seat, etc., that come with an aging property. The walks outside the room are not attractive, with old coffee can ashtrays and large trash cans placed in the way. But again, that is how they keep non-smoking rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Motel is located about 1/2 mile from turn into the historic district. Breakfast consists of coffee/tea, toast, muffins, cereal, and fruit.

Had to switch rooms. First room reeked of smoke and had hair and dirt on the sheets. Second room didn’t smell as bad. They didn’t even have fitted sheets or bed skirts. Wallpaper was peeling a smoke yellow. You could see in the carpet the areas they did and did not vacuum. Found more hair on the towels and bathtub.
