The owners of this treasure need to put some serious money into fixing a multitude of issues. Some trim is brown, some is black, some is an ugly green. We stayed in a two room suite, furniture was mismatched - some antiques but several pieces looking like they just came from the local Motel 6. Beds were not comfortable, bath... More

We stayed here on a special low rate and received above and beyond value and expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The North Penthouse where we stayed had amazing views, a nice fireplace, and very comfy bed. Décor could be updated in the future and a large sofa would've been nice but would require being built in room... More

Loved the hotel it's beautiful inside and out. We definitely made memories that will last a lifetime. The stories and the history are fascinating. Our room may of been too warm or too cold at times but we will just blame that on Michael. ;)

We have enjoyed stays here on our visits to Eureka Springs over the years since we married there in 1999. Staff has always been great and our border collie is welcomed, which keeps us coming back. This trip had a few snafus with billing from the spa, which operates as an independent "department" (my word) of the hotel, but a... More

We adore the hotel. The staff is always beyond helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the ghost tour. The bathroom floor in our guest room 218 was dirty, but we understand it is an old building. Overall it was a nice stay.

As usual the Crescent delivers the feel of being somewhere very special. Being right in Eureka Springs is an experience in itself but staying at the Crescent is the icing on the cake. I would recommend staying there to anyone who appreciates history and the Victorian era.

I met my sister-in-law for a shopping trip to the "one of a kind" stores along and around historic Eureka Springs. The Cresent Hotel was a beautiful addition to our trip. It was clean, quiet, and the service was fabulous! It's a piece of history that allows you to relax, kick back, and enjoy your stay. We sat by the... More

I had a very relaxed vacation with my love. We explored this area for the first time and started a new collection of memories. The weather was perfect and we were able to experience the Christmas conversion. Our main Day was a Wednesday and it was disappointing that many of the shops were closed down town.

Rm 424 had its own jacuzzi. There was unlimited amount of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The room was gorgeous! The staff was VERY courteous and friendly. The entire hotel was clean, and we'll maintained for something built in 1886.

Weather was cold, rainy one day, but we had a wonderful time! We relaxed, went exploring, and enjoyed our stay! This grand old hotel is a treasure. This was our second stay here, and we will return. Our small dog was with us, and she was welcomed too.
