The location of this guesthouse is brilliant, right next to Godafoss waterfall (I even had a view of it from my room), so very handy if you're a photographer and want to get up early to photograph it at sunrise. The place is family run, run by a woman who was much friendlier on this occasion. I was able to...

We spent one night here and were amazed at how close we were to Godafoss waterfall. Our room on the top floor looked out over the falls and was spectacular especially as the sun set. We also had dinner here as well as breakfast. If you stay in the main building there is a narrow staircase to get to the...

Across the road from Gothfoss which is convenient. Patch of green grass behind guesthouse. Bathroom is unisex in a converted container with no main door. One shower broken with no cold water. Funny, sign on bathroom sink says they are short on water??? Hard to believe given all that it has been raining!

We had a very spacious room in the annex behind the main building (think room 26...), a bathroom for ourselves, breakfast was included. You have a restaurant where you can have lunch or dinner, but above all, you're just next to the waterfalls. Once the busses have left, you can enjoy sunset just next to the falls. You can get...

This place is located right beside Godafoss waterfall. Visit it early morning or late at night, you will avoid the crowd and have the waterfall almost all to yourself. We had a triple room with private shower. Room is spacious, bathroom is clean but a little bit small. Breakfast was included and was average but dinner was quite good.

Nice, clean, friendly staff. OK breakfast (we did not have dinner there). The absolute best thing is the location beside the Godafoss waterfall. During daytime there are planty of visitor to the fall. But in the evening and the morning you will be alone. And that can be done is you sleep in this B&B

With a commanding view of Godafoss, this is a splendid location. The cooking is excellent and the guesthouse pleasantly appointed. The camping is conveniently located, but facilities - although improved - remain very limited; otherwise more stars. Well, though, to be recommended.
