Ion hotel is a small place near the power plants
Rooms a bit small; especially the bathrooms

Yes, stayed with SPG and at the time it was 20k. I recall a separate menu in the bar and restaurant, but don't remember if they were heavily correlated. I am not sure about the breakfast price because I opted out (still so full from the night before!). But it looked very good and my teen son ate for free (youth only).
