Myself and my friend booked in here for one night last minute on the way back to Reykjavik and loved it. One of the loveliest, most modern hostels we've stayed in. The kitchen facilities were great, the showers were hot and the rooms were warm and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend a stay over...

Initially we stayed here 1 night on the way to Reykjavik, ended up staying 3 and using it as our based to explore the national park. The beds are super comfy and showers are hot with am great pressure. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a hot tub. Would recommend staying here instead of shelling out in Reykjavik.

My friend and I had a brilliant stay at Hostel Selfoss while we were doing the Ring Road. The staff members were all friendly and helpful (big up to Steffi, and to the man who helped me scrape the windscreen and wipe off the snow from the car in the morning). The hostel was clean, warm, and welcoming. The kitchen...

Hostel Selfoss, this place is amazing! It's clean with big showers, comfy beds along with think duvets and comfy lounging areas to chill out in. My pears loved the hot tub outside, everyone was in it. If not there then they where in rooms laying in soft beds chatting or lounging around on comfy sofas watching TV hanging. But most...

Situated in Selfoss at the southern base of the Golden Circle road, Hostel Selfoss was a welcome reprieve from a very long stretch of driving. The staff was prompt, warm and friendly, and the facilities were a joy. There's a wonderfully equipped guest kitchen as well as a super comfy common area with a big TV and extensive DVD collection....

A friend and I stayed in this hostel a few days ago. It was very clean and had a large kitchen area with everything you need to cook. There is also a cozy living room with a selection of movies and a clean hot tub in a cute and quaint patio area. There was mostly an older aged crowd (40+)...

Good, but not cheap. In the center of the small town Selfoss. The hostel itself is clean with comfortable rooms. Toilets are clean. Kitchen with all you need to cook. But it's not normal to ay for hostel about 100 euro, even in Iceland

Hostel Selfoss is a budget hostel in the city of Selfoss in Iceland. Its situated in the middle of most landmarks in the area. Although it is a hostel, I have to say that I was impressed with the cleanness of the rooms and the shared areas. Wi-fi is offered for free and you have the option to prepared your...

Spent two nights here, staff are very friendly and helpful, speak great English since most of them are expats. Stayed in the 8 bed dorm, spacious, no lockers, clean decent beds. Hostel is very big but has a "home" like feel to it, good location too, lots of maps and tour guide pamphlets, staff also make suggestions for you (with...
