Stayed here last week on holiday and was really impressed. Rooms were well appointed, spacious and beautifully clean. Staff were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful. One very kind young man even phoned and booked our table for our final night in Reykavik. Food was excellent and in particular the lamb course on their special 3 course menu was a stand...

Stayed here for two nights as part of a tour. Lovely hotel with great staff. Room a good size and the food was good too. They did a 3 course special and a couple of dishes on a deal and a good happy hour (4-7). Breakfast very good with a great choice. Enjoyed the spa facilities, which was welcomed especially...

We stayed for two nights here as part of a Secret Escapes Northern Lights tour. Very nice, clean and contemporary. Large bedroom with comfy beds and pillows. Excellent breakfast - something for everyone. Scrambled eggs, beans, bacon, cereal, Danish pastries, cold meats, cheeses..... Those that ate dinner at the Riverside Restaurant seemed to enjoy it. Spa but it is on...

I stay here because chasing the aurora. This is a nice small hotel in a small town. However, it has everything: Subway, Domino's, SPA, super market and a small theater. While I really saw the aurora that night!!! I feel lucky now!

It is a high standard hotel. Comparable to most hotels in its class, but the Spa on the first floor is excellent. Hotel guests are able to use the spa half price to walk-in customers. The restaurant is nice. You can never go wrong with the lamb. That goes for most, if not all of Icelandic restaurants.

Stayed here for Two nights. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a room with a view of the mountain and river which was beautiful. The food was very good but ver pricey as was the drinks.

Lovely modern hotel. Rooms spacious with exceptionally comfortable beds. The food is very good and the breakfast ok too for a tourist hotel. Drink and food prohibitively expensive but no different to anywhere else in Iceland. Nice 2 night stopover whilst doing the tourist trail of SE Iceland. Room 310 v comfortable with a smashing view.
