Haven't stayed in a Travelodge in about 7 years. They seem to have upped their game in the meantime. Staff on reception are very welcoming. Rooms were immaculately clean, and functional. Great value too. Very impressed

Travelodge Airport Swords was better (by far) than the Travelodge in Waterford, where I had spent the two previous nights. The only issues here were (a) a loose toilet seat, (b) a very heavy comforter which was difficult to handle, and (c) the place needs some minor renovation – a little paint, maybe.

An ideal budget stopover for before/after flying. We stayed just one night and it was ideal for this purpose. The room was clean and just as you expect. Our eldest did grumble that the additional bed wasn't over comfortable though (and, I admit, I wouldn't have particularly wanted to have slept on it). Otherwise though, no complaints and, we would...

We've just stayed here as a family of four on our first night of a touring holiday of Ireland, and this was quite the normal Travelodge experience! Comfy bed (but seemingly not their new Sleepeezee Dreamer bed?) and two single beds for the children, large room, big TV, bathroom with bath and separate shower. Very clean and quiet. Attentive reception...
