I booked 3 rooms for 4 friends and ourselves, 6 total. We stayed at this beautiful hotel and was very happy with the airport shuttle/bus. It arrived on time, every 15 min, and we were dropped off right in front of the hotel. Our flight to New York was cancelled due to weather so I booked another night in the afternoon....

I often stay 1 night at an airport hotel when visiting my daughter in Ireland. This time I selected the Clayton. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities, restaurant, and staff. Everyone was very accommodating, especially Lenny at the front desk. He found me in the restaurant as soon as a room became available and when the 1st set of...

I stayed for one night at the hotel while catching an early flight from the airport. My journey took me from the airport via hotel shuttle to the hotel, which is a short journey. Arriving late, I expected the reception to be empty, but it was busy, so much so that one of the guests remarked that it was like...

I am currently staying in the hotel for a course that is also being held in the hotel, for three nights, as the hotel is far from everything I am dining here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Although the hotels furnishings and fixtures are beautiful, I can not get over the lack of customer service. The only person that has...

Danielle on reception friendly and professional. Room newly furnished. Tea/Coffee facilities. Extra towels are kept in press in bedroom-small note in bathroom hard to read (without glasses!). Thanks for shower gel. (We visited 10 hotels in 12 days and this was the only one with gel.) Food still expensive in restaurant. Parking for holiday abroad good value and shuttle bus...

The hotel itself is excellent however my room was a bit dated and the bed was poor enough it felt leaning at a slight angle. The location is good for the airport. The staff...
