Dear Jazzk32 Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience at a recent wedding at the Abbey Hotel. Delighted to hear the food was delicious and the staff were great. We have different styles in our deluxe bedrooms. Some bedrooms are the old manor house and some in the newer building. Let me know if you are...

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night recently. We both had a lovely time, the setting was beautiful, food fantastic, but most importantly the staff were very curtious and helpful which made our stay even better. Everyone had a smile. The hotel was warm ,cosy and homely. We were fortunate to be given the Bridal Suite which was...

Myself and my wife stayed here for 1 night on 23/02/2017 and it was excellent. Lovely room, carvery, bar food and breakfast was top notch. The decor is old style, which instantly makes you nice and relaxed. Could have sat in the lobby all day. As for the staff, it is so rare in Ireland these days to find staff...

Booked one night away in the hotel with an offer on a website. It is a very average hotel .it has very Old fashioned decor . The bar food is fairly average tasting. The breakfast was nice. A standard buffet style. This place needs to be modernised. I wouldn't rush back.

We stayed here overnight, as we had availed on a deal online which included breakfast, a bottle of bubbly and chocolates on arrival and late check out. We enjoyed the time here. The room was comfortable, good sized bathroom, big tv, big bed etc. We had food from the extensive bar menu that evening and we couldn't fault the food...

Organised this little break last minute. Rang the hotel and asked about their deal available on a voucher site, the receptionist explained that there's also another deal on the voucher site that might be more suitable to us as we have a little baby, and she was right. Once we arrived, checked in, went up to our room and it...

Booked 2 nights away with my husband. Arrived Friday evening, lovely welcome from reception. Had food in the bar which was lovely. Next morning had breakfast - usual buffet breakfast - we asked for fried eggs which was not a problem. There was a problem with our tv in the room so they sent an electrician up to fix it...

Our recent stay at the Abbey Hotel in Roscommon was baffling. Mind you I am not talking about the staff one bit, that is the only thing the hotel has going for them is the nice staff. I was hesitant in leaving this review since past reviews that were left like this were handled unprofessionally by the manager and feel...

Had lovely two night stay here. Bedroom was favulous and facilities were good. The one criticism I have is food was a bit restrictive for me with few choices that suited my diet. Should have made the hotel well aware in advance rather than just when I arrived.
