We stayed for two days last week, a traditional comfortable hotel, with great views. we had a wheelchair accessible room which was huge it had two 5ft beds could have fitted 3, so there was plenty of wheelchair turning space. The accessible bathroom was of a good size, had a slatted pull down seat, which is an advantage but had two... More

Stayed at this hotel in Feb. Found staff to be friendly and the hotel clean. The rooms while clean and beds comfortable are a little tired and dated. While the hotel does have a spa, we did not have the opportunity to use it. However we did use the pool, sauna and steam room. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi pool was out... More

Had a family (children & adults) mid week stay here from 7th April 2015. Having read other Tripadvisors reports on the negative aspects of (1) the need to Upgrade Hotel, (2) lack of staff or staff under pressure, & (3) Quality of food, I wont dwell of those but will stick to the positive aspects of this hotel. The reception... More

This hotel is a 3 star and nearly everything you would expect from this type of hotel. We didn't experience many of the difficulties other reviewers have had, check in was efficient and friendly, our family room was on the ground floor with great views over Sligo bay and mountains, room was clean and tidy and a decent bathroom and good shower, the only downside... Stayed here with adult family members. Really wasn't impressed. Rooms were very run down. Really wasn't happy with the food or the staff. This is not a hotel I would ever recommend to anyone, nor would anyone I was with. Definitely will not be returning.

Just back from a stay in the yeats hotel. Location is a1 on the sea near the beach etc and staff were very nice but that's where the positives end! Firstly the food is UTTERLY DISGRACEFUL! We had a dinner in a horrible empty dance hall the first night - starters were dire.3 chicken goujons which were not fresh or... More

I have just spent the Easter weekend in the Yeats hotel. I have never seen an hotel that was so badly managed. The staff were lovely & severely under pressure. Check in was good on the Saturday 5th April, but very busy & very noisy with kids running a muck around reception. We eat in the hotel bar that night,... More

It wasn't the best start when elderly reception woman asked where in Australia I was when I am a Kiwi! From there it didn't get much better. Like many others have described this place -it needs a bit of work, but for the deal we got through Expedia it wasn't too bad. The gym was falling apart, with numerous equipment... More

A welcoming, traditional, oldfashioned and cosy hotel in Rosses Point. Big open fires, live entertainment in the bar, perfect for relaxing on a dark winter's evening. Lovely spa with swimming pool. Excellent walks along the coast. Great value.
