This hostel had everything you could want - the location is an easy walk to the port, bus and train station. So good place to stay for the ferry to Morocco, the train to Ronda or a day trip by bus to Gibraltar. Rosa the owner was extremely helpful with information on what to see. The room was clean and...

Stopped here for the night before the ferry from Tarifa to Tangiers. The staff were very friendly the rooms very clean and a good shower and some rooms have a balcony. Was warmly greeted by the owner when I arrived at 10pm. There's a patio on the roof where you can make a brew and even cook a small meal...

We stayed there for two nights last week and were very comfortable. The hostal is located close to bars and shops - around the corner from an amazing local daily market. It was spotlessly clean and provided everything we needed. All the locals were friendly and helpful - especially our host Rosa who really made us welcome. It was amazing value...

I stayed at the Hospedaje Lisboa two times last month and was very favorably impressed. It is a family run operation with friendly support services, is close to the ferry terminal and central Plaza Alta as well. A common kitchen, fully equipped, is available, as is a large terrace area. The rooms are clean, etc. It is a place that...

Rosa at front desk is so welcoming, and nice, and helpful, and smiling, and on top of that she talks really good English. That's all I need when I check-in in an hotel ! I booked a double room, but they put me for the same price in a studio so I was happy to have my own kitchen instead...

This hostel is located just a block from the bus depot, about 500mts from the ferry terminal and right in town. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by - one right under the hostel (not open after hours so no noise). The rooms are basic but comfortable with only a fan to circulate the hot air. The welcome...

The hotel rooms are actually apartment rooms with kitchens and some seating. Cooking is possible. It is a short walk, about ten blocks from the Tangiers ferry landing, and about three or four blocks from the train station. A good and economical restaurant is in the same building below and has outside dining. Laundry is available with an older machine....

My experience at lisboa hostal seems to be similar, to that of other recent reviewers. I would with out hesitation recommend this establishment. If you are travelling on a budget, then this will meet all your requirements. I will definitely be returning.

I stayed in this hostal for a couple of days in august 2016 when I was visiting Algeciras. It's a family run hostal near the centre of the city with very friendly and helpful staff. They have made their own map of Algeciras in which the various point of interest are indicated and can supply you with all kinds of...

Stayed here a week while waiting to find rental accommodation as here for 10 months. We cannot praise this place enough! Wonderful staff Rosa and Jose and the rest of their family. Very clean and presentable! Great central location and any help we needed both Rosa and Jose went out of their way to do so. We now class them...
