Excellent little hotel at walking distance from the train or bus station, easy to find, wonderful staff (Rosa, José and their mom), super friendly and kind, very helpful. Very comfortable, clean room with three single beds and a double bed. No a/c but windows with good air circulation, bathroom amenities, closet, old TV, night tables and a big table. There's...

This family-run hostel represents everything that should be encouraged in a LOCAL, independent family business... The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is terrific (10 minute walk from port, bus station, and historic areas.) The quality for the price is GREAT... No frills, no fancy decor, but a VERY comfortable bed, and CLEAN room and bathroom. Everything works,...

I spent 1 night at Hospedaje Lisboa during my trip to Nothern Africa. I got a good promo - 20Eu/night for a single occupancy in DBL. Pros: - Location is good, in the center, 7 min walk from the bus terminal and 20 min walk to the port. There are many restaurants nearby. - Free fast Wi-Fi. - En-suite facilities...

The best feature of the hostel is definitely the host, warm-hearted, welcoming and she speaks english too (south of spain you know). The room was nice and the bathroom excellent... what you would expect after having paid 35 euros for one night without breakfast.

The Good Excellent location in the center walking distance from the ferry dock from Morocco. Spotless, with a surprisingly large and well put together bathroom. (No tub.) Reasonably comfortable bed. Flat screen t.v. Unsure about languages, as we never turned it on. The charming woman who runs the place is both friendly and full of helpful knowledge and suggestions. Major...

We had a double room at this hostel. Rooms are basic and not overly clean. Kitchen are is very basic and also not too clean. Good points include helpful friendly staff and large sun terrace on the roof. Location was good, 5 minute walk to train/bus station and 15 minutes to port.

The room itself was simple, clean and inexpensive. Close to the port, the train station and the bus station. The staff are nice but not so helpful (more to follow)... Downsides: 1-There was a light in our room that would not shut off. It seemed like it was an emergency exit sign. 2-Thank goodness the hotel is close to the...

The staff was super friendly. The room was clean with a nice bath and a balcony. There was a kitchen on the rooftop, which was useful. Not far from the port, the train station and the bus station. Conveniently located for moving on. The room on the street side was a bit noisy but was not a big trouble.

I stayed in this hostal on the way to and then from Tangier. The brother and sister who do the management could not have been more helpful and friendly. They gave me tips on my visit to Tangier and told me all the good places visit within town. The room was simply decorated but spotlessly clean and the bathroom was...

The room itself was simple, clean and inexpensive. It is easily walking distance from the train station and ferry terminal. The owner, Jose, was very friendly and helpful . He had lots of good advice on what to see, and the best ways of getting to Gibraltar and Morocco. He made us feel very welcome. The wifi worked perfectly while...
