Should have listened to previous reviews before booking and paying for this hotel prior to travelling.. right pros for Hotel, urs right across from marina and 5 mins walk from lovely beach, rooms cleaned daily and breakfast had good choice.. now cons asked for sea view big mistake we had lovely sea view and marina but every night the noise and shouting from bars across from hotel so bad .. these bars called Tramps, foreplay and London bar this says it all .Another really annoying thing was my daughter and sister had pre paid their room but could not travel due to covid issues .. hotel was informed 2 days before arrival and I kept asking for a voucher but all hotel reception staff kept advising they were never paid and would not discuss voucher .. 700 euro totally wasted money for nothing so frustrating.. make up your own mind but ask for pool view !!!

Some aspects need improvement. Food choice is good, the cleaners and staff are very good. The decor is dated, carpets worn, pool area is poor and soundproofing is inadequate. Despite the issues I had a nice time but wouldn't go back until the hotel is renovated, however I would think the price wouldn't remain so competitive. The owners would probably need to spend an awful lot of money but the hotel would still be next door to very noisy night clubs..

Sadly our stay here was awful. Not being one to go by reviews I like to judge for myself. How silly was I. Stated to be a four star yet I feel this should a standard 3 at best. The location is ok but don’t expect any sleep before 3am at the very earliest if you’re lucky as it’s right above a lot of busy bars/clubs so if you intend to revel in the excitement and stay up late taking advantage of the cheap booze then this is the place for you. I am leaving Spain feeling like I need 4 days in bed to catch up on lost sleep! If you are here to relax. Don’t bother. Aircon was non existent. The hair drying the bathroom blew more cold air than the air con. Bird mess all over the balcony railings with flaky old paint. The beds were ok but not the best. Only a small fridge in the room, no kettle in the room and being English I like my cuppa when I wake up! Rooms were cleanish, I did find baby cockroaches in the bathroom on our last day so didn’t bother to report that. The pool area was small and busy so didn’t bother stressing myself even trying after looking at it once on our first day. Didn’t use the entertainment or restaurant so can not review either of these.

We stayed here March 2020 just as lock down was starting. It was a very scary time! The hotel is shabby, nothing is four star, apart from the dining room that isquite nice. The hotel is next to a nightclub and feels very run down. Our real prob!ems started on the Saturday as lockdown was announced. By Sunday posters went up around the hotel to say they were closing on the Wednesday. However we had booked until the following Monday when our flight was. We explained this to the management who simply shrugged their shoulders and basically said we are kicking you out on Wednesday so tough If they had have kicked us out we would have been arrested by the police for breaking lockdown which was very strict and we also had no flight until the following Monday. The holiday had turned into a genuine nightmare. We were very upset. We tried contacting Travelrepublic (our agent) but could not get through. Then our flights were cancelled by Ryanair leaving us in totally dire straits. There was no one prepaared to help us, we were totally on our own. On the Monday the management came banging on our door to say get out by Wednesday. Again we explained we had nowhhere to go and we would be arrested. if we left the hotel. Again despite of our upset, the manager was totally and utterley unsympathetic and simply said contact your travel agent ( we we had tried to without success on the Monday) We were eventually saved by a group of around 40 Dutch holidaymakers who were staying at the hotel through a Tui package holiday. The company must hve used their power to persuade the hotel to stay open until the Saturday when their flight left. As a result the management finally agreed to let us stay until the Friday. To add insult to injury we had to get two taxis to the airport as they would only take one passanger in each taxi. I have left out many other scarry things that happened that week just to save, space but I can honestly say it was the worst holiday experience of our lives. The morale of the tale is to only book through a large package company such as TUi who can get you home when things go wrong. On the day of lockdown they turned flights around back to the UK unlike Ryanair. They also got customers back home during the week whilst we were left alone. Some individual staff members were very nice and tried to help us during our stay So be very very careful if you are an independent traveller.. If things go wrong no one wants to help as we found to our cost

So where do I start … ok myself my son age 5 my friend and her daughter (age 5 ) went on our holidays , got to the hotel in the room there was 2 single beds and 2 pull out beds all pushed together no plugs to charge your phones had to pull the tv socket out to charge anything , the pool isn’t open till 11 am till 7 and at the weekends it’s so packed didn’t get a bed , had to sit on the floor with towels , baby pool was broke all weekend and the big pool is too dangerous for young kids , the baby pool is tiny by the way , for the internet !!!!!! 🙄 you have to pay out of a machine so every time your phone locks your internet goes and you have to reconnect , it’s 2 euro a day that isn’t bad but I have never stayed in a hotel you had to pay for internet in my life that is only for 1 device by the way do that was 8 euro a day for us , the food in the restaurant is the same food everyday if you are a vegetarian like me you’ll be living on rice and salad the nice made up salads had meat in them so dry salad it was , you have to pay for water all machines are turned off what happened is someone was chocking ! If you are a smoker the only 2 places you can smoke is up in your balcony or at the front , so if you were taking a drink at the pool you can’t smoke at any of the bars just in your room or out the front of the hotel , this is not a 4 star hotel it’s a 2 at the most ! I’m giving this a 2 star rating because of the lovely staff , shout out to Conor at the entertainment ( the only one by the way ) he was incredible with the kids they all loved him ,
