We booked here for a week to use up a voucher we had from a cancelled 2020 holiday, After reading reviews in advance we didnt expect too much but it turned out to be better. The room we had was very clean and was tended too every day, The Bathroom was in need of modernisation as when you used the shower the water spilled onto the bathroom floor which didnt seem to be waterproof. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was reasonable sized. I had read the reviews about the rude staff and I have to say we found all the staff to be very pleasent and helpful. The Skybar is worth a visit during daylight and at night. It is a big hotel and the lifts are slow but there were 3 close to our room so never had to wait too long. The breakfast was okay. It is a reasonable priced Hotel where you get what you pay for.

🚨 Stay away! 🚨 Hotel has basic amenities, food is okay, rooms are okay BUT the staff are the most rude and most horrible individuals you will ever meet! If you want a drink at Sky Bar (first of all best of luck) you will either wait close on an hour for drinks or if you approach the bar you will get screamed at to have a mask on, (outside and about 10ft apart) but if we were asked in a nice and human manner it wouldn’t be an issue but as we approached the bar we were screamed at ‘MASK’ so much so people around the pool turned around. For a paying customer I excepted to get met with a pleasant greeting rather than literally screamed at, ( oh and by the way her co-worker in the bar didn’t have a mask on and only put one on once we pointed it out) I feel sorry for the few members of staff that are genuinely helpful and have to put up with such grumpy co-workers. For the views (which is all the hotel has to offer) it is so not worth it If it was possible to rate 0/5 I would 🚨Avoid🚨Avoid🚨Avoid🚨 *update* I put the do not disturb sign on my door and the cleaners have still went in (didn’t clean but things in my room have moved around) will be checking that all my valuables are still there!

The room we had the smell of damp was overwhelming also the rooms are cramped and dated no facilities in the room at all apart from a tiny TV not even a bedside table to put stuff on the shower room has a glass wall so if you put the light on the bedroom becomes illuminated water comes up through the cheap vinyl tiles when you've had a shower very noisy hotel too due to location staff are nice though

The Hotel is old (but looks great on the pictures)! It's too expensive we had expected higher standards. Room not clean, breakfast made of the cheapest ingredients, But staff very friendly and serviceminded. Central for pubs and bars and very close to beach. Difficult to park especially in weekends.

Needed to stay a night in Fuengrirolo. Not close to where I needed to be but it had a good public underground car park nearby that drew me to it. Parking in town at peak season is a nightmare! Lifts were a joke and several were out of operation or not obeying commands. The rooms are off a spiral staircase so difficult to work out level if you walk down the stairs
