Staff was super friendly. Restaurant was open late. Wifi worked very well. They had free parking in a parking lot across the street. Hotel looked really full because most patrons like to park along the street.

Booked into this hotel early Jan 2017 for one night. Located near to the motorway but buildings and gardens designed to block out any noise. Externally it was pleasant and looked well maintained. Internally nice décor, clean and pleasant. Booking in was no problem with friendly staff. Room on the second floor with balcony views of the Sierra Nevada's and...

We stayed here just one night, clean new modem hotel near motorway but no noise, great price with breakfast included and parking free. Just 10 mins from city centre best take a taxi there as parking a nightmare. We are on way to Madrid so this is on route and easy to get to.

This hotel lies a few minutes by car from the city of Jaén and offers an amazing setting on a landscaped hill. Rooms have balconies, the most comfortable beds you have seen in a while in very modern and well equipped hotel rooms. No breakfast available, but there's a small bar for coffees and pastry in the morning.

Easy to get to as long as you don't miss the autoroute turning, easy as it is not in my Sat Nav. Ample parking and spacious Hotel lobby and rooms. Beds excellent and quiet. Dissappointing the pool was not open and the restaurant in the lobby pretty basic. Buffet Breakfast worth paying for but it is in a dingy downstairs...

We spent the first night of our holiday at hotel HO Ciudad de Jaen. Fairly easy to find off the motorway. Modern, clean hotel with parking, wifi and reasonably priced. Away from the centre of Jaen but this did not affect us as we were continuing south on the motorway the next day.

Elusive staff who can only put stakes organization instead of solving problems for the customer. Beauty of structure just sufficiente. The restaurant offered poor quality dishes and flavors questionable; saved only by the courtesy and kindness of the waiters. Well for me there were the customer and never will be!!

We stayed here on our last night of our Spanish road trip. It is actually near enough outside Jaen and we found it quite hard to get to, we could see it but couldn't see the turning for it! Check in smooth, the young guy behind reception spoke good English. The room was big and the bed and pillows were...

Stayed one night on the 11/05/2015. Girl on reception was not friendly, no information was volunteered to us, everything we needed to know we had to ask. Sat Nav co-ordinates to find the Hotel are incorrect & we ended up a mile or two away on two occasions which was very frustrating. Lastly on return from breakfast we found our...
