What can I say lovely hotel room was beautiful quiet as requested. Pool area fabulous spoilt by noise if diggers doing there work but it's all to make the place better so you don't mind! Food was fabulous sometimes a little busy in restaurant but you normally managed to get a table ok. I loved this hotel and would definitely...

Just back , last time we visited was just after the re furb in summer 15 and we found it largely the same but , of course now much more expensive post the Euro rate decline. One thing that had changed was the age range and nationality of the guests , it used to be mainly older couples , especially...

My husband and myself have just returned from this FAB hotel. We last went in February 2014, and since then they have refurbished the hotel to a more sleek boutique style of decor. (Love the lifesize horse in lobby!) We were given the same room that we had before upon request, which was a lovely gesture. The staff, as always were...

Nice and clean rooms. We stayed on 4th floor and had an amazing view of the pool area and the ocean. Great restaurants. Each day we enjoyed the most delicious food from the buffet and there was so many different things to choose from. Last but not least we were met with the best service all around the hotel. We...

We stayed at the RUI Palace 27th January to 3rd February 2017. Unlike what some people are saying about the noise on the beach, we didn't find it a problem. There were two mechanical diggers digging the rocks out of the sea to allow a new beach to be made. We never saw anymore than one lorry at a time....

Our first visit to Tenerife and we were delighted with this hotel. Very helpful and attentive staff, attractive and comfortable bedroom. Excellent food in buffet style dining room, so good we ate here each night instead of going out. Great situation on seafront. Three outside heated pools and one indoor heated pool. Well equipped small fitness room.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, upgraded to a very modern standard, rooms are a great size & very comfortable & pretty, food is amazing. There is plenty of outside space with no fuss getting a sunbed which are very comfortable, the views are amazing as the hotel looks onto the sea. The hotel is situated...

Stayed for a week from Feb 2 to 9. As there are so many hotels to choose from, my wife and I selected the Palace. We have been staying at other locations in Riu Palace categories (Lanzarote, Jamaica, Mexico, DR, ...) and were curious about this one. Just let me say that the Riu's at Jamaica and Mexico were much...

If you are visiting in the next couple of months be ready for quite a bit of noise from the 5 big excavators and stream of lorries on the beach working from 8.30 to 6.00pm. I'm writing this at 5.30pm on my side sea view terrace and it's still going strong. Rather more intrusive than Thomson led us to expect.

With a 5* listing we expected the best.Did we achieve that?,you bet and more. This hotel is outstanding in every respect, location, rooms, food, cleanliness, service. Avoid El Duque beach,beds/parasol hire 19.05 euro per day plus constant hassle from beach traders.
