Hi we have been back a week having stayed in a room looking over the ravine. Waking up on our first morning 28th Feb, the ravine was a flowing river which prevented people walking along the promenade to La Caleta. Thankfully the flow stopped as the weather improved. Work was continuing, with a large shovel working its way down towards the beach and the occasional heavy lorry delivering large boulders. Concrete was also being poured to improve the ravine bed. The noise was distracting and prevented us using the balcony. Work seemed to take place Mon - Fri :800am to around 6;00pm. Judging by the time taken with the beach improvements, I think the ravine improvements might be ongoing for some time.
