Please note Property Representative that I have one of these machines at home and have been using it for more than 15 years, and I can assure you that you are lying to me. The chains on yours are rusty, which takes years of non maintenance to build up. One of the monitors has a broken battery compartment that has been patched with duct tape, and from the looks of it it has been in this state for months. Both the monitors have buttons which do not register; not a software fault, again poor maintenance (lack of cleaning). There were other sets of equipment which were not working and had notes to the effect that they had notified Life Fitness, but after a week or so they were still in the same condition. By denying your faults you will never improve. By jumping on any negative feedback you will only stop people from sharing their ideas, suggestions, comments, experiences and reflections with you, which will only help lead to an even earlier downfall of your hotel. Really, pathetic of you, and I shall be sharing my comments with your senior Corporate management.

This was my first time at this hotel, I was there for a work event and we stayed there for two nights, some of the staff were really nice but there were a couple whose attitude was not helpful, other than I enjoyed my stay
