Detailed Reviews
My wife and I stayed here for 1 night. Right from booking till leaving the experience was excellent. Sue was our host and she was great. Kept us informed. Nothing was too much trouble. Recommended some excellent places to eat. The town is easy 15 mins walk away. Ample street parking in nearby roads.
The breakfast was everything you could wish for. Full English, cereals, juices, tea and coffee. Cooked food is done fresh.
Due to covid some people eat in the breakfast room. Some in their rooms. It’s as spaced out as it can be and we thought it was well organised and safe.
Rooms and public areas have sanitiser and wipes.
Great value for money. No regrets.

Not being a B & B regular customer (usually hotels are my normal option) I was very pleasantly surprised, warm and friendly welcome and the accommodation all tastefully decorated and well maintained , cleanliness was to a high standard. We were in a rush the following morning as we were attending a sporting event with an early start to take part in the competition, having had a comfortable nights sleep the breakfast offering was of good quality. Thank you to the Lodge, you have without doubt moved me to a different perspective on B&B’s l would definitely stay here again.

The Lodge really is a gem. The proprietor, Sue, has a beautiful property that she has furnished to a very high standard and she truly knows how to look after her guests. We were welcomed warmly and shown to peaceful, tastefully decorated rooms. Everything you could wish for was there, gorgeous cotton bedding, sumptuous pillows and towels. The refreshment tray had a good selection of teas and coffee, with the generous addition of biscuits AND chocolate. The WiFi connection was good and there was also a decent television. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious- the vegetarian option was also very good. The Lodge is situated in a quiet dreamy area at the edge of The Parks (a wonderful parkland with lots to offer) and is very quiet but only a 10 minute walk to the centre of King's Lynn. The town it's self is fascinating, with a long and colourful history and has many very old and interesting buildings.
Above everything Sue is a kind and helpful and a lovely person, nothing was too much trouble. I
cannot recommend The Lodge
highly enough.

We stayed in this lovely bed and breakfast for two nights and were warmly welcomed by our very pleasant host Sue who was happy to give us general information and maps etc. about the area and was very helpful. Our room was large with good sized bathroom and there were lovely touches of “antique” mirrors and recycled furniture in the room which added to the ambiance of the Guest House. The bed was most comfortable. Breakfast was of a high standard and plenty of choice and the breakfast room was comfortable with attractive furnishings.
The accommodation is within easy walking distance of the town centre and yet in a pleasant residential area. We would not hesitate in recommending this establishment to others wishing to visit Kings Lynn.

My wife and I and our three children stayed for a night on Friday and would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic guest house. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, the service was impeccable and the breakfast delicious and abundant. Everything worked, parking was easy and the decor in the rooms very smart. Despite the boiling temperatures, Sue and her staff were cheerful and provided us with fans in both rooms and clear directions to the beaches.

Had a wonderful stay, Malcolm and Una were great hosts, friendly and helpful, house was lovely, spotlessly clean with a nice fresh smell on entering. Room was a good size and bed was comfy, 2 good sized windows to open. Shower was a good size and lots of hot water, fresh towels each day.
Although it doesn't look like it at first glance it was a lovely quiet location, with plenty of parking, within walking distance to town centre via a lovely park, which is well lit with cctv.
Breakfast was very good all freshly cooked and plenty of choice, fresh fruit and cereals as well as cooked.
Will definitely be back

The hosts, Una and Malcolm, were very welcoming and friendly. Chatty without being intrusive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Breakfast was very well presented and plenty of it - we opted for the full English every day but there were other choices if needed, as well as cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts. The location of The Lodge was a 10 minutes walk into King's Lynn where there were plenty of restaurants and other places to eat. However, we chose to eat at The Stuart Hotel just across the road from The Lodge, which again was excellent value.

Stayed for 2 nights at this lovely house with it's tasteful furnishings etc. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean and also overlooked the lovely garden.
Breakfast was amazing and the host, Sue, was exceptionally friendly, fun and full of knowledge of the local area.
We walked through the lovely nearby park into town and then to the riverside.
We would not hesitate in returning here in future if in the area.

Stayed here for 1 night as a weekend getaway. Room was excellent and clean and host was very friendly and helpful providing a map and good route around the town. We both had a full English breakfast in the morning which was spot on! Quality bacon. Cereals and yoghurts were also provided if you wanted something lighter. Highly recommended.

A very clean, well maintained and a relaxing place. The room was great - so was the bathroom. The location was very quiet and a stroll through a pleasant park took us right to the heart of King's Lynn.
The hostess was very accomodating, gave good advice about restaurants and places to visit. I don't know who cooked it, but the breakfast was delicious.
If we ever return to King's Lynn we know where to stay.

Yes parking available on the road side. We didn't have a problem.
