The Sea was calling, so unprepared & last minute we headed off from middle earth for our all time chill out location of North Norfolk. With no prior plans arranged for accommodation we were very blessed to hit upon Manor Farm Guest Accommodation, finding one room left available. We immediately knew this was right for us with a charming, welcoming...

We recently stayed at Manor farm B&B for 4 nights. Jim and Annette were always very helpful providing useful information about the local area. We stayed in "The Snug" and "as it says on the tin" very cosy. It has under floor heating and nice and warm this time of the year, just leave your dressing gown on the floor...

My husband and I were visiting friends in Wells and needed a bed for the night. We got much more than that...... what a warm welcome we had from such a lovely couple. We even got upgraded to the large room with a wonderful big bed! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, perfect poached eggs!! The worse thing about our stay...

We had a 2 night stay here with our dog and we all enjoyed it, our doggy particularly loved the lawn at the front to have a quick scout round in the morning. Lovely rooms with beautiful furnishings and a great breakfast. Manor Farm itself is a lovely building with it's own parking area and nice grounds and it is...

We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay with us and your dog felt at home in the grounds. Most of our guests leave their car here during the day as it is very easy to walk to most places of interest from the house and for places further afield the coast hopper bus stop is at the end...

We stayed for one night in the snug with our dog. It was perfect for us (and the dog as he can't go up or down stairs) and had everything we needed - the dog especially appreciated the under floor heating! Annette & Jim are so welcoming and helpful and really make you feel at home and the breakfast is...

Stayed here for one night with family. We had a twin room, the snug and the caravan. The rooms were immaculate and well stocked with everything you needed. Annette and Jim were so welcoming, with lots of advice on where to eat etc. The dogs are great fun as well, and, if they fell like it, will let you play...

Thank you for your kind words. Rolo in particular loves to play on the lawn especially tug of war with the rubber rings until summer steals them! So pleased you enjoyed the breakfast and had a good nights sleep in our rooms. We look forward to your next visit

Had a family weekend here and booked 3 rooms. Annette and Jim are so helpful. The place is a great old house(so expect some creeks) Breakfast was excellent with a very good choice, cooked how you wanted. A very homely feel with lovely grounds to sit in. A reasonable short walk to the sea front. When staying here be warned...
