I left this place with a funny feel. It's nice, room was good and breakfast was good but I didn't get the feel for the place. I'm used to having a chat to the staff but seeing any was a rarity, even when my key initially failed to work and I pressed the bell there was nobody. However, nice single...

I have stayed here a number of times and always found the staff most welcoming. The food served is 1st class and Bedrooms are spacious and kept to the highest standards. For what is described as 3* it is fantastic value.

Firstly this is an old building and holds lots of charm, a massive positive in my book. My room is very comfortable and well maintained. Excellent bathroom and good shower. Food is top quality and out strips may of the 5 star hotels I have eaten in. A warm welcome awaits you. Can't wait to come back to stay again

We stayed at No 12 for a weekend in February. Our room was huge with high ceilings and windows looking out to the front. The hotel is right at the end of the main street and is ideally located for the town and the beach. The staff were helpful and served an excellent breakfast each morning. Good value and a...

Took my partner away on her birthday to here and it was a really nice hotel. It was perfectly central to the town main street and only a couple of minutes from the sea. The room was lovely and warm. Breakfasts there were brilliant with a great selection. Would recommend.

Great place if your are staying in the middle of the town. It has a car park at the back. The rooms are large, clean and reasonably priced. Left with a good feeling and positive attitude. The owner and staff were very accommodating and helpful. Can't really say anything negative. Breakfast was fine if not slightly early for a Sunday...

We stayed here for 3 nights with another couple for the second year running over the New Year. Everything was as perfect if not better than last year - friendly staff, fab food in the bistro, fantastic breakfasts, delightful toiletries and a huge comfy room. Everything is to a very high standard. With the car parked up it was easy...

Stayed here for one night and we thought the room was excellent. Very large and clean. A very peaceful night's sleep also, very quiet even though the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Of all the combinations of accomocation for a group like ours, the small guest hotel with on-site bar and dining is perfect. The new owners of No. 12 Quality have redone and rekindled the hidden spirit of this golfer's gem. They were wise to retain the barman and manager from the prior ownership. Updated rooms, while not fancy, were well...
