My husband has been a fan of this show for a number of years and it was this in mind we visited Port Issac. Good coastal walk from the car park which was very cheap indeed. The prices in the village had gone up since the success of the TV programme but I suppose that is to be expected. Good...

We have just returned from a lovely 4 night stay at The Slipway. It is in a perfect position and near to all the restaurants, pubs and car park opposite which we were always able to park in. Linda cooked tasty breakfasts each morning and it was lovely chatting to her about places to go. She makes you feel very...

Over the summer I went surfing with a friend and we drove all the way from London, not planning to stay overnight. Turns out surfing is exhausting, so we had to find a last minute accommodation. Luckily, we found the Slipway. This place has got so much character!! Linda is very polite and caring, I felt like I am staying...

In June 2014 we stayed at the Slipway in the front room with a balcony that overlooks the Harbour. The views were fantastic and the room was perfectly furnished and very comfortable. Linda was a fantastic host and cooked a brilliant breakfast. There was even a bottle of wine to welcome us on arrival and chocolate. The car park is...

What superb accommodation, a room with a view of the harbour and the bay. The room was fully equipped, complete with wine, even chocolate bars, very comfortable bed and an en suite with a powerful shower. We were asked what we would like for our breakfast for the following morning, which was duly supplied and was excellent. The owner Linda...

Simply knocked the door here last Sunday night and was told they had vacancies. Majority of other places were full. The landlady was very friendly. Room was sixty five pounds including breakfast and the location couldn't be better. Breakfast was very nice. Definitely recommend

We had the Porthilly room, a lovely little room with a balcony with a great view overlooking the estuary. the B&B is a perfect location, right by the harbour and with parking directly opposite which was extremely useful. Linda, the landlady, was extremely welcoming...

My wife and I spent two nights over the (yes, wet...) bank holiday weekend. The Slipway has the perfect location on Padstow harbour and Linda is the perfect B&B landlady - always on hand when needed, offering advice on where to visit, eat, drink and so on. We were in the Porthilly room. It is compact, but has everything you...
