We visited here for a meal as a birthday present. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the food. All the food was well presented and delicious. We enjoyed relaxing in the bar with a drink before and after the meal. Looking forward to trying other Pig restaurants.

Wow! we wanted a treat & we got one. set in a beautiful location surrounded by countryside . The parking was a bit of an issue, nowhere near enough room & on gravel not much space for manoeuvring. Inside the building is stunning typically "Pig" style shabby chic. bare floorboards & mismatch furniture. loved the monsoon shower & nespresso machine...

We visited here after reading a review about the pig chain. It met all of our expectations from the staff to the food and the accommodation. Every member of staff was very helpful polite and knowledgeable on the hotel. The girl on the reception was fantastic her name was Kelly and is a credit to the company as are all...

Birthday treat at The Pig - and what a treat! We'd given the web site some extensive scrutiny and wondered if the place would live up to the pictures and description. We were not disappointed! What an absolutely magical place. The building is absolutely stunning as you approach, and it only gets better once inside. What seem to be very...

We have previously enjoyed stays at the Pig in Bath. This was equally friendly and the food was delicious. I think that the decor was quite rustic in the room- rough and bare wooden floors. It was a great relaxing stay but Pig at Bath felt a little more luxurious. Fantastic shower and, as ever, lovely products. There is a...

Me and my girlfriend got engaged a couple of hours before arriving, the staff made our stay extra special at every opportunity. They were very attentive and have great attention to detail. I had the confit duck leg, and Emma (now fiancée) had the Sirloin steak. Both meals were faultless and 10/10 taste. Desserts were also delicious. We stayed in...

So there we were taking my 92 yr old mother for a lunch, dutifully following sat nav and ended up down no through lane whilst reversing promptly, gently and with great elegance slide into deep and muddy ditch. Phoned the pig to say sorry we were not going to make it and within 15 mins they phoned back and arranged...

Beautiful hotel in glorious countryside with charming staff and delicious food. Our room was enormous and the bathroom had the best shower I have ever used - beyond powerful. The holiday highlight was feeding the pigs and collecting the quails eggs. The kids asked if we could live in the hotel and can't wait to come back soon.

I booked a special offer £20 2 course lunch for my wife's birthday. Road directions found us a potholed minor road, and we took a longer time than we expected to get there. But we found staff very courteous and attentive. We found a handsome country house in extensive grounds, surrounded by woods. It has a well-stocked bar with cocktails and...

Like others took advantage of the taster menu. Got here and within 15 mins we were sat down in the old library with a glass, took our time to look at menu. We were shown to our table and had a fantastic lunch. Afterwards we retired back to the old library for two hours drinking tea and reading, at no...
