Hotel is reasonable, food is good and also the staff but customers are noisy outside the entrance. Stayed here many times and it never changes except it is quieter in the winter. Not many handicap parking spaces.

We decided to overnight here before returning home. The hotel is ultra convenient for Harwich ferry terminal. Parking is very good. The personnel in particular are excellent. Our room on the top floor was spacious, very comfortable & quiet. For a few pence over £50 for 2 of us too, this was excellent value. Probably our third of fourth stay... More

The premier Inn in Harwich is well placed for the International Ferry. A good hotel with very pleasant staff in the hotel and the Brewers Fayre. Be careful of the post code if using a sat nav. as it may lead you the wrong way around the road.

We are big fans of Premier Inn and this particular hotel. The location was brilliant for the Stena Line - just 5 minutes to the terminal or a 15 minute walk if you're a foot passenger. Staff were lovely and welcoming, the hotel itself was toasty warm. We ate at the on-site Brewers Fayre out of convenience, but it wasn't... More

Nice restaurant and bar. Room as expected. Car was broken into at carpark. Poor lighting and incomplete CCTV coverage. Be warned - leave nothing in your car overnight! We had holiday luggage stolen - a dreadful start to a weeks holiday in Holland.

Stayed for 4 nights as visiting family. Hotel clean and tidy, but the rooms are far to hot even this time of year. 2nd visit and the food in the brewers next door was terrible in the night, however breakfast was lovely and the staff very helpful. May not stay again as it was very uncomfortable during the nights even... More

Stayed here for one night following a 30th Birthday party nearby and was thoroughly impressed! Its joint to the Brewers Fayre which was handy for us to have drinks with friends prior to the party. The rooms are clean and tidy and we happened to have a corner room which was so spacious! Bed comfortable and bathroom nice and clean.... More

Waiting to catch ferry from Harwich to Hook of Holland, turned in our rental car, only about 20 minute walk to ferry terminal, several shops/restaurants close to hotel. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Very clean, functional, priced reasonably, met our needs.

Fabulous service in all areas. Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel staff along with Brewers Fayre staff gave tip top service. Good food, served by friendly and courteous staff at dinner and breakfast, nothing was too much to ask . Well done and thank you all.
